Got on to play a few games for the reward stuff and when things were being cc'd it felt like 1 cc skill (Taliyah or LB etc.) would stun for nearly the entire match only being used once on a unit.
I don't remember any abilities stunning as long as they are now last time
The mage set of champs can proc their spell twice by chance. WIth Taliyah and LB there is very bad spell clarity when this happens because the spells happen so quickly. I find it bs it procs on the same champ when done... Taliyah's knockups will essentially proc on only one champ the entirety of the match, basically making your team down 1 member.
Single target CC is more powerful in this set, AOE CC is significantly weaker. There's pretty much only Malphite and he's a pretty mediocre unit, compared to last set with Gnar/Cho/Sejuani/Leona.
