Less disables, more shields? *face palms*

I'm sitting her like, ok... this can't be too hard. No one else is going ranger so this should be ok... well maybe just 1 other guy is. Ok cool, got all 6 rangers... Now the show begins.

How does adding a shit ton of shield power behind champs any better than just disabling champs all together? You legit STILL don't do any dmg to the enemy???
