Either remove/change Veigar or add blitzcrank back

Really tired of tier 3 Veigars single handedly winning games.

He needs to be a 5 cost unit. The ability to INSTANTLY kill anybody lower star than you shouldn't exist especially when there's no way to reach the backline against any remotely decent positioning. Give him some mana items and he can double cast 1 shot anything tier 2 or lower regardless of items.

Shadow is just adding insult to injury
