Question 1. Can a steel champion have the steel effect happen twice if they drop below 50% twice?

For example if they dropped below 50% health got healed by redemption then dropped below 50% again would that allow them to use the steel buff twice?

Question 2. Can jeweled gauntlet’s crit effect shields for bigger shields? For example if Ivern gets jeweled gauntlet, could the crit allow his shield to be bigger?

Question 3. If Kog Maw gets runnans hurricane or statik shiv, can that allow him to apply poison or predator to multiple champions?

Question 4. Is it better to give Qiyana ad or ap items?

Question 5. Can Olaf with the berserker buff freeze multiple champions each hit if they are close enough to each other?

Question 6. What team comps are usually the most competed for?

Question 7. If Nautilus could double cast like the mage buff, would he knock up the same champion twice or would he knock up two different targets?

Would the knock ups happen at the same time or would there be a short delay before the second knock up happens?

Would this idea be useful for maximum CC?

Question 8. Can Ashe make use of ap items or are they useless on her?

Question 9. Do Assassins champions have bonus crit chance and bonus crit damage or do they need the Assassin buff to get those?

Question 10. Who are good champions to give Youmus Ghostblade to?

  7. same unless something changed between the time of the first and second knockup on the board.
  8. look at her AP stat. if she has a "----" on her spell power section then she can't use them. same goes for other champs
  9. need buff.
  10. assassins predator is fun. berserkers also.

For question 3; luden's echo and runnans hurricane proc predator. The time I tried statik shiv it definitely did not. Whether it was bugged that game or that's what it's supposed to do I couldn't say.
