Now that there is so much CDR in the game on top of having cloud dragons reduce your ult cooldown even further, ultimate cooldown can have as short of a cooldown as basic abilities. By removing ultimate hunter it can be more difficult to get ultimate cooldowns so short. Plus, the branch it is in has 4 runes for some reason where as every other branch has 3. There really isn’t any big loss by removing it.
Should remove ravenous hunter instead.

Yea, with couddragon it gets pretty absurd, haveing your ult on a <30 sec CD in the lategame can be achived by many champs these days, it's rather absurd. Haveing your opponent blow out their ult without getting a kill or objective used to mean something, it gave a clear window of opportunity. These days it's ratehr trivial and only gives an opportunity for imidiate retaliation cause the downtimes are close to 0.
There is a big loss for champions like Nocturne, who has been hit indirectly by nerfs and changes to other things and not compensated for anything. Nocturne can only be relevant if his ultimate is up, and a lot of people don't seem to understand that.

Do people really even use that rune I see more ravenous and relentless hunter than that rune even then I see it super niche.
Give it back to sorcery where it belongs in the first place.
