Riot to Item RNG (gold instead of items): "we want to keep RNG for excitement and variety"

Dear Riot:

Ther is enough excitement and variety in the game already.

It feels exiting to rush to the box checking whats in there. You know what feels bad? If there's just 2 shitty coins in there.

With all these item combinations and different champs ther is enough variety! You know what gives you no variety? 0 Items.

Pls giveeveryone the same amount of items or at least one item per creep round to everyone and max 2 items (with a low chance). Like: 1 Item: 100% chance 2 Items: 10% chance

Means: 1-2 items out of minions/krugs/wolfes/raptors/etc.

TFT design team coming to work Sober is RNG, thats why this game mode is fucked beyond all belief when it comes to the RNG. They were tripping half the time working on it.

I really didn't like TFT because of the lack of agency you have over whether you actually win or not.

Right now I just build sorcerers every game and end up winning most of the time because my RNG isn't terrible, and despite having no 3 star units until Dragon, it's super easy to just go Dragon Sorc and pubstomp. Thanks Morgana <3

On a seperate note, the only reason I actually play TFT is to have a point of conversation with my friends who play it, and out of them, only one of them still thinks that the game is fine as it is, and all the other ones are starting to get burned out from lack of real strategy.

Yes. Which items you get and which champions you roll is enough RNG. How many items you get should be mostly consistent.

it could be solved easy, the shared draft should consist of mystery chests, so no one knows what he or she is picking, as for the item drop, mystery boxes should drop when you kill monsters or minions, but to a limit based on the amount of opponents on the field, 1 minion is 1 item, 2 minions is 1 item, 3 minions is 1 item, 4 minions is 2 items, 5 monsters is 2 items and 6 monsters is 3 items etc....
