The importance of items

I can end most games in third or fourth position, but I can't go higher because even if my team composition is great I get defeated by people that simply got better ítems than me, or just 4 full ítems more than me.

How is something so relevant 90% random is beyond my comprehension.

The funny part is how Riot made items more important than passives, stars, and rarity, but yet makes the amount of items each player gets, random. Also I like how you mentioned better items. You gotta love it when all you get is a bunch of defensive items and nothing to do damage. Good times. No items or good items = instant loss endgame. Oh and don't get me started when dragons give out combined items at random which can make you instantly lose end-game depending on what players get. No logic.

Items pretty much break champions. At the very least they can give everyone the same items, but nope. I'd honestly pick an item over 50 gold.

Eh, most people finish with the same amount of competed items, the difference is are the items you are completing good on the comp you chose?

I have been picking my team around what items I can complete and it works better. Don't go into a game going I'm gonna be going yordles this game as you're in the loading screen...
