Issues I have with the new Set

These are just things that drive me mad about the new set that could have been, or be, improved:

-When Annie drops Tibbers, everyone immediately attacks him it seems and get nailed by the rest of the enemy team cause' they can't kill tibbers in time. -Kog'maw seems to be confused on who he attacks, when it gets down to him 1v2ing, he will auto one enemy but ult the other one. I think he should auto+ult the same enemy when in close range or is alone.

• Vlads life gain boosts him up so much when he literally is at the complete peak of death. What even? -Leblanc is honestly super weak and kinda useless. -Ivern shields are WAY to big. This is especially in case where you have 2 Iverns + an extra cause of the Woodland passive. -Skarner shield isn't big enough and he does not gain nearly enough mana to have it proc reasonably. -Why does blademaster feel much stronger than last set? -tbc.
