I love how a lvl 2 Swain can 1 shot basically 4 - 3 tier champs. Like, 1440 dmg on activate, then 900 dmg to top it off. Yea, fair. No strategy needed what so ever.

Without PD and Dragon's Claw he is not powerful. Even so he can be stunned, disabled, cursed.

Any 5 gold unit at lvl2 is OP with the right items. Ever seen Karthus almost insta kill a whole team? It can be done.

Without either Imperial/Shapeshifter bonus and a GA + AP, that's never going to happen. Even then needing to generate mana, spend 5s channeling an ability, and then exploding is pretty far from a oneshot. That's a big window you can position around even if his damage/sustain is high.

Swain needs strong tank items (for sustain, not AP) otherwise he dies quickly late games.
