Displacement OP?

Barely scratched out a win against a heavy displacement comp featuring a Gnar with double bloodthirster, a Chogath, and a level 3 Poppy. It was only by deploying 2 Kayle, one with a rageblade, that I managed to have any surviving allies healthy enough to win the last round.

The guy obviously didn't have the best items, but my team was hardly ever able to fight back, only champions outside the giant circles or those not being attacked by gnar managed to deal any amount of damage. Everyone else was either dying or being bubbled by Kayle while remaining stun locked.

So, do you think displacement might be a bit too much?
