The CC stacking simply because of quantity makes winning impossible
Hush, Cursed Blade, Sword Breaker, Glacial, etc... Basically any on-hit CC is way too strong when you have more than 1 champion applying it because you can layer it. Especially Sword Breaker and Glacial. Not being able to attack because you are permanently disarmed or frozen is not fair. 4s alone is a very long time to have no damage output, limited mana gain, and re-positioning with the Disarm. Glacial is already annoying once Ashe is involved because she can freeze anyone 2 ways (ult and passive) AND can CC chain by herself given she has at least 1 attack speed or mana item.
The big issue here though is that there is simply no counter-play. No strategy can be used against this because none exists in the game yet. Maybe if an item or champion could cleanse CC it would be ok, but as it is now, it is too oppressive. The game is RNG heavy as it is, and it may be just me but I always tend to see 1 or 2 players get 5-6 good full items while the rest have maybe 2 and some parts which dont combine well with anything. When a team has a 3-4 item advantage there is little you can do against it unless you have all of your champions rank 2-3, 2 or 3 have at least 1 useful item, perfect synergies, and outnumber them by 2 champions, and even then you may still lose because it is meaningless if they have 4 rangers with 2+ having Sword breaker, Hush, and Cursed Blade.
