Not surprised to see quite a few on here. This thing is kinda busted imo. It makes absolutely no sense to have happen what just happened. I have a level 3 Chogath with Warmogs, Thornmail and Gaurdians Angle. He gets canceled out by Hextech then locked down by Glacials. Does not move the entire time til hes dead. GA useless there since it was canceled out.

I dont know what everyone else is experiencing but I feel like its like you have to use Hextech yourself every time just to have a chance. And combined with Glacial it seems like a pretty busted comp.

hextechs are the Zoe of tft, so freaking unfun to play against, you either try to build them or you lose

Do you have more champions with items, or he was your only champion with items? I know how frustrating it is when your carry gets canceled by hextech, the same way its frustrating when your carry, or your frontliner, gets nailed by phantom, but at least with hextech you can bait the cancel to the sides iwht more items spread in the field, AND if you knew you were against someone with hextech, why not to place the cho behind other frontliner so he could survive the 8 seconds? you were playing the final match if you got a 3 star cho, then part of that lost its your fault for not checking your opponent, and the other part is bad luck for you /good luck for your opponent.

I think they need a bit of change personally. The 8 seconds that the debuff exists is a bit too much. They should be more like 4-5 seconds for 2 Units and then when you have 4 it should scale up to 8-10, something like that would make it a lot better. It would kill off that hard counter that they cause in the early game. I mean, I've had games where I've used them and been against them, it is very strong and sometimes hard to fight.
