Why has Olaf not been removed or changed yet or at least glacial being toned down by putting a cooldown on the freeze?

Stunlocking an entire comp with 1 unit for the entire match could not have been something Riot thought was fun. At least let one of the items prevent CC so we can give some unit a chance to fight back

Probably waiting to see how the Glacial % nerf landed before making more changes to the trait or specific champs.

I either go predators+glacial to use Olaf myself or predators+posion to stop the enemy Olafs I'm going to face every game. Not a great design in terms of balance.
