ultimate is awful, specially because Garen and Darius are very similar to him (1 gold knights) and have a clearly better ultimate.
ultimate is just ridiculous and feels like the ultimate of a 5 gold unit, wiping out entire teams.
Which are the weakest and the strongest ult in your opinion?
Single dmg, Veigar.
Multi dmg, toss up between Swain / Morg / Karthus.
Most useful ult imo... Gnar / Chogath / Sejuani
Weakest ult Mordekaiser / Trish / TF
Least useful ult Braum...seriously...half the time he shields in the wrong direction....the dude is not all there.
if u got brand with 6 sorc and 2 death cap his ult instantly 1 shots any unit except dragon claw and drag with tank items, and it still almost 1 shots them
weakest, hgih costs, lowish impact and half of the time it does nothing because the target dies mid use or because ww gets CCed
By far the best ult in the game, most of the time hits alot of important targets, puts them out of position and also stuns for 2sec with solid damage, paired with nice stats boost to have a tanky dps for the cleanup...
Weakest: Varus' Piercing Arrow. I mean it's good damage but taking into account the Demon perk, the wind-up time to actually use it takes way too long for the damage it does when you could instead be draining mana on attack.
Strongest: Ashes Enchanted Crystal Arrow, on it's own it's nice to have, stacking with either Glacials or Rangers for the perks, it's even better.
has the strongest ult in game. I never see Gnar and feel outplayed.

Yeah, Morde's ult is underwhelming and has a ridiculous cost to boot. I feel like the only reason he's so weak compared to the other two is because of the whole phantom thing.
Kindred has both.
