I added her to my team, cause' I only needed 1 more Ocean champ... and instead of switching to ocean to complete the set, she switches into a fucking summoner. What a trash champ.

Lux cannot be a Summoner. You also have to find the right Lux before selecting her.

The vaguely-remembered part that might be confusing you is that once you buy any Lux, all other Luxes you are offered will be that type. So if you find and buy one Ocean Lux, then all your Luxes will be Ocean from then on.

Summoner Lux would be awesome, though... Totally broken endgame, if that existed. (Shadow Lux is already a quick win for a lucky player...)

You have to read the lux description you buy... One lux will say glacial, re roll the next lux says woodland etc. If you buy the glacial lux and she's on the team/bench, all other lux you buy will be glacial and so on.
