Profugus, The Valoran Fugitive (Fighter/Diver)
http://i.imgur.com/2Sw1IJa.jpg (GW2 is my general inspiration for the idea of this champion, hence the pic) Purpose: A fighter/Skirmisher who moves swiftly while dealing damage to his foes using his trusty dual wielded daggers and a flintlock pistol to slay his foes.
Abilities:
Passive: Versatility Profugus has two separate ranges, for his dagger and pistol attacks the range being 150 and 475 respectively. His weapons also have slight modifications. His daggers only do 90% damage but also have an increased 10%/15%/20%/25% attack speed(Scaling at levels 1/6/11/16) and his pistols do 110% dmg(Scaling at levels 1/6/11/16) but have the attack speed reduced by 15%.

Profugus dashes in a direction, either Slashing at the closest enemy(prioritising champions), if he is in melee range dealing 20/60/100/140/180 + 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/3% of the targets missing health physical dmg Shooting the closest enemy(prioritising champions), if he isn't in melee range dealing 50%/55%/60%/65%/70% of the damage a normal attack would and slowing for 4%/8%/12%/16%/20%
W: Hasty CD:15/14.5/14/13.5/13 mana: 75 mana Passive: Dodge and slash grants you 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% movement speed when it hits decaying over 1 second
Active: Gain double of Hasty's passive effect that decays over 1 sec and 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% attack speed for 2 seconds. Hasty's movement speed bonus can only decay to a minimum of 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% so as long as you stay within 250 units of a champion and will not end until you leave said radius.
Note: meaning this can last for a long time until somebody escapes your range.
E: Flintlock on Type: Skillshot CD: 6 sec at all ranks Mana: 50/60/70/80/90 mana
Fire a straight bullet, that marks the first enemy champion hit for 3 seconds and does 50/80/110/140/170 physical damage + 30% Bonus AD marked targets are revealed and will take 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% more damage from Flintlock based abilities. Attacking marked enemy champions with your Flintlock slows the enemy down by 2%/4%/6%/8%/10%
R: Dagger, Flint, Daggerlock CD: 100/90/80 sec Active: the ultimate can be activated three times with different effects each time First activation: Your next attack will jump onto an enemy with your daggers, auto attacking once/twice/thrice Second activation: Fire your flintlock that does half of its normal damage but slows for 20%/30%/40% that lasts 2 seconds Third Activation: You fire one/two/three flintlock bullets that deal 50% dmg and you slash your foe dealing 100/200/300 (+40%BonusAD), must be within 200 units to use it
Additionally, For every activation not used, the cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds, but if the third activation is used, the cooldown is increased by 20 seconds
