For how mobile lee sin is i can't believe

Lady Hammerlock··120 votes·4,954 views

that for some reason he has a base move speed of 350 drop it to 345 or 340 and it would make him less mobile in a sense but please its stupid how he is allowed to have that along with his good mobility

Hey, remember when Sona had around the EHP of a melee minion at level 1?

Good times.

A Miss Fortune2 votes

Are you saying she still doesn't

Anidan3 votes

I haven't been keeping up with her balance as much as many, unfortunately :( I just remember that after some nerfs in late Season 3 or early Season 4 I believe, someone ran some math on the old forums and found that she was only barely, barely more durable than a melee minion at level 1. I think she still only barely edges out Anivia in terms of level one durability, and has pretty much the same EHP as Anivia at 18 against physical damage.

Also, I notice your name a lot in my updates. You've almost become a familiarity to me. I am completely okay with this.

I think she was less durable than a melee minion without runes and masteries, i think she was barely more durable than a ranged minion.

Riot employee #1: Hey, you know who needs a nerf? Riot employee #2: Sona Riot employee #1: INTO THE GROUND

That same day:

Riot employee #1: Hey, you know who I thought could use a buff? Riot employee #2: DUDE LET ME GUESS- LeeSin Riot employee #1: DUDE IKR??

SelflessTeammate6 votes

You had me at Riot Employee #1. I can just imagine him at a PowerPoint presentation, introducing everyone with that line, and then clicking his pointer thing and showing a giant arrow pointing down like a cliche PROFITS-ARE-DOWN crash with Sona's portrait next to it.

summoner 11 "YES, INTO THE GROUND."

Next slide "And who could use a buff, even though literally no one in the history of anything ever thinks they're a prime candidate in desperate need of one above everyone else?" "Free Win the Blind Monk?" "DAMNED STRAIGHT" clicks pointer, same graph shows up, now inverted

"Tanks are in, Lee isn't able to do everything any more. Suggestions?!"

"We could nonchalantly tack on a % Bonus HP on his ult."

"Fucking genius, promote this man!"

what happens when the tank meta is over :<

OyddAWqJ5r1 votes

Nothing cuz he's already strong in the non-tank metas. But he'll still come out of this with his new unnecessary buff so if tanks ever decide to come back to power he'll be able to keep his #1 spot still :)

most angering change

"so that rework you all hated, well we think its too strong"

"What the fuck, are you serious, the fucking first thing you do after PBE was down for 2 weeks while the jungle is in a crisis is nerf Sona even more, why"

"Well she is good against people she counters, so we are going to nerf her base stats even more as well as make your Q powerchord deal almost as much damage as W and E powerchord"

"ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?"

Eve falls off lategame but you still see her getting nerfed every patch.

Lee sin doesn't have a mechanic that is impossible to balance correctly.

Retillin4 votes

Mobility....?

Baunjo2 votes

Are you aware that mobility is does not take the amount of a single player as invisibility does? You counter mobilities with spell rotations and predictions.

Do you realize that to do that with an invisible champion is much much more difficult than with mobility?

Well I guess you could just invest more gold into it rather than something else... that works too

I'm sorry I think you left out a word or two. I don't know what you are trying to say here.

You counter mobilities with spell rotations and predictions.

You counter invisibility with predictions and map pressure.

Do you realize that to do that with an invisible champion is much much more difficult than with mobility?

Well I guess you could just invest more gold into it rather than something else... that works too

Baunjo1 votes

My bad I meant: Are you aware that mobility takes less out of a player to counter than invisibility does?

Also you use spell rotations once you have predicted where they are.

yet that hasnt stopped people from bitching about ahri honestly lee sin can be mobile yet still tanky and heal damage because he has a ridiculous scale for his ult that has a knock back and a knock up plus now it deals damage for a % amount of his initial target to anyone hit he can hop on wards so he can use sight ston as a way to escape or engaged and honestly he has almost more mobility then riven.....plus even though he is limited by energy his passive lets him get energy from auto attacking letting him spam his spells all the time he is a monster at counter jungling and can put tons of pressure on a lane by his mere existence since he can ward hop then Q and instantly close the gap

Baunjo1 votes

Ok do not compare champions that are not even remotely the same class. Ahri has high mobility and damage FROM A DISTANCE, Lee Sin gets in peoples faces. Riven deals substantially more damage than Lee Sin and has way more survivability. He can use wardhop to escape? Plenty of champions have escapes, in fact almost every champion that has been released for the past 30 releases has mobility. He is a monster at counter jungling? Plenty of champions fit under that category. He has insane lane pressure? Plenty of champions fit into that category. And for God's sakes, you have no idea how hard it actually is to hit another champion with their friend unless one is in the other's asshole

Retillin1 votes

"Lee falls off late game" is the biggest lie in League. He doesn't fall off. He always does a good amount of damage (even if built tank), has great disengagement (ie Janna), ect... He doesn't have a weakness. And there in lies the problem with him. Eve is hard countered by upgrading to a pink ward trinket and covering your flanks.

Baunjo1 votes

" Lee sin falls off lategame " is a statement that takes actual thinking and not just stat calculation. Have you any idea how much harder it is to kill a carry with his average tank stats and average damage in a 5v5 situation? A lot harder is the answer, unless of course this carry decides to try and dive the back line like im sure the people you play with do.

Retillin1 votes

If you build him assassin, he kills people. If you build him tank, he tanks great with amazing disengage/good engagment. His utility alone makes him wonderful late game. If he was as "weak late game" as everyone says... he wouldn't be the #1 jungle pick overall every year...

Baunjo1 votes

If he builds assassin, actually DOING YOUR JOB is 10X harder than you think it is. If you build tank, you are completely limited to disengage. His engage is VERY HARD. Like I dont think you understand how difficult it is.

wanna cripple the blind man too?

A Miss Fortune6 votes

yes please

tommyagun6 votes

Well, Lee does fall of hard post level 9 if he isn't fed. Eventually he is either becomes a tank or an assassin.

Mobility doesn't fall off

No, but conditional mobility like Lee's is harder to utilize in a teamfight.

HaIlMonitor24 votes

item 2049 . He doesnt "fall off" when all he does is build full tank and still solo kill adcs.

Goodest Gamer1 votes

yea 50 minutes i dont think tht happens.

HaIlMonitor1 votes

Lol I ment full tank *

Goodest Gamer2 votes

full tank lee does NOT solo kill adcs.

HaIlMonitor1 votes

Well full tank usually includes item 3723 item 3071 and whatever else. I have never seen a build cinderhulk or whatever.

Goodest Gamer4 votes

i can assure you late gamefull tank lee sin does not come close to insta killing an adc. ive mained lee from silver to diamond with 400 games in season 4. i went ad lee top and 50 min i did not insta kill adcs that easy.

A Miss Fortune5 votes

It's not that hard for him. If you define full tank by 5 tank items and something like Warriors + Stalkers, It's fairly easy for him.

A full tank Lee Sin couldn't dream of soloing an ADC

Please be real

Most things can solo kill adcs tho lets be real.

darkmatchwaldo1 votes

my duo buddy solo killed a Ashe with support TahmKench today and i nearly pissed my pants

Squarefighter1 votes

I personally think that Ashe is one of the best duelist ADC's in the game, but I may just have seen Ashe's hold their own a lot by coincidence. That being said, the Kench is quite unbenched recently. I think his ribbit may need some inhibit.

Mobility doesn't fall off

it does if the enemy is allowed to build around it

IcyPepper4 votes

His damage falls off :V

His utility keeps him relevant.

A Miss Fortune6 votes

How does his damage fall off? If you take his Q, E, and R alone you take:

480% of his AD 1,140 base physical damage

And 8% of your missing health + potentially 21% of your maximum bonus health.

TotalJerk4 votes

Even more lying and exaggerating...

480% of his BONUS AD, not just "his AD". That means only he damage items he's bought scales with that, and nobody goes full AD Lee Sin because he dies instantly. The buy a couple damage items for the early game pressure, then they go full tank so they can actually survive going balls deep to set up his picks in teamfights.

A Miss Fortune3 votes

How does Lee fall off that hard? He clearly is strong (and overpowered, Riot admitted he is but can't nerf him due to his fan base) during early game, but if you want to see a champion that sucks late game please refer to Yorick. Not Lee Sin with the point and click 900 damage knock back that shoots you 5 screens away into your team.

fééd l0rd1 votes

since when deals his ultimate 900 damage in the late game when not fed?

A Miss Fortune3 votes

It does 600 base damage, 200% AD ratio, and it can do 21% of their bonus health now. So yeah.

Baunjo1 votes

IF IT HITS ANOTHER CHAMPION WITH THAT AMOUNT OF HEALTH. Stop bullshitting stats just to prove your point

A Miss Fortune4 votes

I said it can do, I didn't say it always would. I didn't even need to add that to prove my point, but I could also say that he can potentially do 3,000 base damage with 1,000% of his AD if you take in consideration that it can hit up to 5 people.

Lady Hammerlock1 votes

you know it would only take 150 ad which he should get probably to do a total of 900 dmg before calculating armor
