[Champion Concept] Sprinks, The Art of Zen

Hello! This is the next in a series of champion concepts I came up between 2012 and 2016, and submitted to Riot as part of an ill-fated game design application back in April 2016. Some of the lore concepts or references to in-game mechanics may be out of date now, but I'd still welcome any feedback (also about the post itself, somewhat of a forum noob). My notes are in brackets, question marks denote sections I thought would need balancing.

Abilities: Harmony (Passive) - If Sprinks has not dealt or been dealt damage recently [5s?], Sprinks will be stealthed when walking through brush. [Stealth only applies while in brush, applied on entering brush or 5s? after damage has occurred] Tranquility - Sprinks gains passive armor and magic resistance. Sprinks can activate Tranquility for a brief movement speed increase, but loses the armor and magic resistance while Tranquility is on cooldown. [5s? sprint, 15s? CD, balance this around early jungling] Nirvana - Sprinks’ next auto attack deals [80/85/90/95/100%] of Sprinks’ ability power as bonus damage. Nirvana deals true damage to minions and monsters. [Would stack with lichbane, 12s? CD] Nature’s Wrath - Sprinks rapidly flaps his wings, creating a turbulent wind funnel that hits targets in front of him for [+AP] bonus damage. [Toggles on and off, with a mana drain, similar to karthus’ defile. Cone size/range is similar to Rumble’s flamethrower, mana drain should be significant without blue buff, or item assistance for the first half of the game] Serenity (Ultimate) - Sprinks silences all nearby enemies and deals [+AP] bonus damage. [45-1min? CD, slightly larger range and base damage than blitzcrank’s ultimate]

Lore: Sprinks is a member of a peaceful race that reveres nature, and strives to achieve oneness with the universe. However, recent clashes with Pantheon’s tribe have led them to conclude that universal peace and harmony can never be achieved so long as the Rakkor seek out war and combat. They have been reluctantly forced to use their knowledge of Zen to try and stop the Rakkor, and Sprinks has been sent to stop Pantheon’s endless battles in the League of Legends.

[Notes: Sprinks is a flamingo-like creature, tranquility should not allow him to become overly tanky, it’s just to strengthen his jungling. Harmony should be balanced around safe jungling, and stealthy counter-jungling. Another direction to go with Serenity is to lower the damage significantly, but have it cancel any global ults when it goes off (i.e.nocturne (darkness portion only), TF(sight portion only), ashe arrow (in flight), ez ult (in flight), draven ult (in flight))]
