[Champion Concept] Laban the Resonator
Abilities
Combat Music - Passive - [Area of Effect - Combo Mechanic]
Resonance - Laban's unmodified basic attacks inflicts Resonance on the the target for 6 seconds. Laban's modified basic attacks consumes the Resonance and causes the ability effect to spread in a 200 radius around the target.
Combo - Laban can queue up to 3 of his basic abilities, causing his third modified basic attack to gain bonus effects upon hit. Additionally, Laban gains 4 - 15 (scales from Level 1 - 18) bonus movement speed for each basic ability in queue as well as gaining 35% Tenacity and 50 Energy upon executing a Combo that lasts for 2 seconds.
Notes:
- Enemy units cannot be inflicted by another Resonance for 8 seconds after their Resonance has been consumed.
- Cannot queue the same ability in a row (Q, Q, E is not possible but Q, E, Q is possible.)
- Can still use his basic abilities without queuing them but will not trigger the Combo effect.
- A modified attack that consumes a Resonance will not consume another enemy's Resonance Debuff if they are affected by the spread.
Fatal Blow - Q - [Basic Attack Modifier - Damage] Cooldown: 1.5 seconds | Energy Cost: 25
Laban's next basic attack will send a heavy strike to an enemy unit with his tonfa, dealing 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 70 + (80% / 90% / 100% / 110% / 120% of Attack Damage) + 3% of the target's current health as physical damage.
Combo - Fatal Blow will execute the enemy champions and large monsters if the attack sends their Health below 8% / 9% / 10% / 11% / 12%. This will execute minions and monsters if the attacks sends their Health below 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%.
Notes:
- A Combo Fatal Blow will not execute if the attack does not send the target's health below the required percentage.
Echoing Pain - W - [Basic Attack Modifier - Damage] Radius: 300 | Cooldown: 1.5 seconds | Energy Cost: 25
Laban's next basic attack will only deal 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% / 100% of the damage and causes the target to store 8% of all damage received by allies and enemies within radius, capping at 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 + (110% / 120% / 130% / 140% / 150% of Attack Damage). After 4 seconds, the target receives all the stored damage as physical damage.
Combo - Echoing Pain now stores 12% of all damage received by allies and enemies within radius of the target. After 4 seconds, the target and all enemy units within radius receives the stored damage as physical damage.
Enraging Strike - E - [Basic Attack Modifier - Debuff] Cooldown: 1.5 seconds | Energy Cost: 25
Laban's next basic attack will inflict Enraged for 4 seconds. If an allied or enemy champion receives an instance of damage from another champion, the Enraged enemy will be taunted to attack Laban for 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2 seconds. Extending the duration by 0.3 seconds for each time Enraged is triggered.
Combo - Enraging Strike causes the enemy target's basic attacks to deal only 90% / 85% / 80% of the damage and to cleave. Cleave from Enraging Strike will affect the target's allies only.
Notes:
- If Enraged Debuff expires while the enemy unit is taunted, it will also be removed alongside the debuff.
- Cleave from Enraging Strike exclusively affects the target's allies, Laban and his allies will not receive damage from the Cleave effect. Also affects ranged units.
Terminal Impact - Ultimate - [Vector | Dash | Stun] Cast Range: 400 | Dash Range: 600 | Cooldown: 70 / 65 / 60 seconds | No Energy Cost
Laban moves into position before dashing in a straight line, stunning the first enemy champion in contact for 2 seconds.
Laban may activate this ability twice, with the second Terminal Impact having half the dash range and stun duration of 1 second.
Performing a Combo will reduce the cooldown of Terminal Impact by 5 seconds.
