An Idea for Prestige Skins

To be clear this is not going to be about a Prestige skin concept. The purpose of this discussion is to throw out an idea on how people can actually earn prestige skins and how this would make them more, well, prestigious as they are supposed to be. I will be using the remaining 2 K/da skins that don't have a prestige counterpart as examples for this but theoretically this could be somewhat implemented into any prestige skin Riot intends to release.

First of all, I know Riot needs money so this idea may be flawed as Riot does not earn any money if this were to be implemented. Please give me ideas as to how money could be used to pay for the skins without removing the prestige feel. Now I will go over the details

. This alternate way of attaining a prestige skins would be an event

. It would not be about earning a lot of tokens that on their own don't have much value

This system would be based around missions that give a very valuable token, however these missions would have a very high difficulty in order to counteract this. Say this is to give Ahri and Evelynn prestige k/da skins. There would be 6 missions total and it would take 3 tokens to get one individual skin. The event I am picturing would last only 2 weeks. Now for the missions

Mission 1: Completion requirement: Score two scores of S- or above on Ahri and Evelynn . Reward: One Prestige k/da token (what I will call them for this event.)

Mission 2: Completion Requirement: Win 40 times (5v5 PVP matchmade games only) Reward: One Presige k/da token

Mission 3: Completion Requirement: Win 7 games with k/da Evelynn or Ahri Reward: One Prestige k/da token

Mission 4: Completion Requirement: Climb to a rank above Plat 1 (get into Diamond basically, if you are already above plat 1 then you would automatically complete this mission.) Reward: One Prestige k/da token

Mission 5: Completion Requirement: Get 150 kills with Evelynn or get 150 kills with Ahri Reward: One Prestige k/da token

Mission 6: Completion Requirement: Deal 10,000,000 damage on Evelynn or Ahri (dealing damage with either champ will help you with this one Reward: One Prestige k/da token

Cash ins (things you can trade the tokens for) 1 Prestige k/da token=1500 BE 1 Prestige k/da token= Mic drop emote (this was sold during another event as well) 1 Prestige k/da token= 2 random skin shards 1 Prestige k/da token= 5 random champion shards

2 Prestige k/da tokens=1 random skin permanent

3 Presige k/da tokens= Prestige k/da evelynn 3 Prestige k/da tokens= Prestige k/da Ahri

While I don't think this is a bad idea, I do think that the time frame is to short. If riot were to release these missions every game would either have both evelynn and ahri banned or in play. To complete all those missions in the 2 weeks would be near impossible since you would hardly be able to get the champion in a game without someone else picking before you or them getting banned all together. If riot did non specific champion missions like the ones mentioned in the post, that could work. I also don't really agree with the reach above plat mission as tons of players would be unable to collect the token, this might make the skin more prestigious but it would frustrate tons of players who love the champion. The only skins that should be locked behind rank is the victorious.
