passive:One punch: Every 20 seconds XXEdgyXX's next basic attack deals 100-500+(420% ability power)+(100% attack damage)+(200% movement speed)+(69% bonus health) additional damage. If this kills an enemy champion the cooldown is refreshed and Saitama is proud.

Q:Dash: XXEdgyXX dashes, refreshing the cooldown on one punch. range:1000 cooldown:5/5/5/5/3

W:Tower Dive: XXEdgyXX dashes under a turrets range, becoming immune to turret damage for the next 5 seconds. range: Over 9000 cooldown:5/5/5/5/3

e:Delete: XXEdgyXX deletes a champion, dealing 100/200/300/400/550+(100% ability power)+(90% of missing health) true damage. This deals 200% to Yasuo, Riven, Teemo, Akali, bronze V players, and Zoe.

R:CRINGE: XXEdgyXX dabs, rendering all enemies and allies under a new form of cc, cringe, which is just as bad as suppresion for 4.20 seconds. cooldown:10/7/4.20 radius:1500

Hmm he seems a bit OP. I'm a pro Boards balancer and I've been giving Riot balance advice for years. You need to nerf this champion, its fun to play AS but not AGAINST. First of all the kit is overloaded, I would take off "Saitama is proud" on his passive because ignite is too strong right now and we need diversity in summoner spells.

Second, your ratios need tuning down, try this:

1.) W : Reduce tower dive duration from 5 seconds to 4 seconds and change cool down from 5/5/5/5/3 to 5/4/3/2/1

and that's it. Its balanced. Trust me, Riot balance team has no idea what they r doing and will just fk up XXEdgyXX. Trust me im a Boards Balance Pruh.

The cooldowns are far too long on the Q and W if this is a CertainlyT champ. Probably should start with 5/4/3/2/1 with possible change to 3/2/2/1/1 if the new champ isn't pick/ban in 100% of games.

gotta say I'm loving this champion and can't wait to perform extremely skillful out plays with them by using that 3 second cd dash to make sure not even auto attacks can outrun me

however I regret to inform you that your idea for the W has been done, Akali already has her shroud :(
