End Times Zilean [Skin Concept]

A re imagining skin for the Chronokeeper, that sets him in The Shadow Isles. (Concept Art hopefully coming soon)

He looks like a sort of male banshee (example art, but with a male body and a ghastly beard: http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2011/250/4/9/deathshriek_banshee_by_velinov-d494yx4.jpg). Behind him floats a giant cracked grandfather clock; or the top of one, with the ticker hanging out of the bottom, like a "coo coo clock". (Example: http://www.antiques.com/vendor_item_images/ori_3689_1046353103_1131026_Searle_Sons_PLYMOUTH_b_hood2.jpg). The wood on the grandfather clock is rotten and a bit warped. His body is constantly being surrounded by a few little cloudy shadow balls (with a tail, like a comet, made of the same thing that the little shadow balls are made of).

The look of his abilities;

Q. When the time bomb is placed upon an opponent, the Grim Reaper appears behind the victim, with his scythe wrapped around the opponent's neck, and has a countdown above his head (in crimson red Hell font numbers). When the Countdown reaches 0, the Grim Reaper brings his scythe back through the opponent's throat and causes a blood explosion.

When the time bomb is placed upon an ally, the Grim Reaper comes out, without his scythe, and does the countdown again, but this time when he blows up, it blows up into a purple smoggy explosion.

W. The clock above his head turns into a chomping skull clock completing its rotation.

E. When placed upon an opponent, the clock above their head becomes a Red/Yellow flaming eye, and Red/Yellow flaming hands come up from the ground under the opponent, grasping at their feet.

When placed upon an ally, the clock above their head becomes a Blue flaming eye, and blue flaming hands come up from the ground under the opponent grasping at the air.

R. Little blue souls surround and swim around Zilean (or targeted ally) when the effect is still active on them, turning their screen bright blue for the clarity indicator. When the ability is popped (by their death), their soul rushes out of their body into a cloudy blue soul rotating soul halo in the air, then rushes right back into their bodies, breaking from multiple parts to multiple parts of their body.
