Dodge to keep the team from experiencing the "MID OR FEED" clarity/clairovoyance Nunu, get punished.

For serious, though. Please install a report system in the pregame lobby, which can optionally kick a troll from your team and/or restart queue. I don't mind people who are just trying new things, but getting people like that (who don't get punished for it) really ruins the experience for everyone.

Toxic people and trolls should be judged even before a game starts. Nobody wants to play a 20+ minute game with someone who is just gonna act like an angry child all game for -INSERT REASON HERE-.

Please Riot. The community has been asking for this sort of thing for a while; it would not be hard to implement, either. It would help teach more players the repercussions of being selfish and doing spiteful things without any regard for the other players on your team.

That's what it's there for, but draft is an important part of the game. If they eliminate the draft, the entire game changes. That would be a deal breaker no matter how annoying the selection can get sometimes.

They can have a team builder aspect in first to pick your role , then put you in the draft champ select. BOOM

Go read the " Riot pls" post on the front page, they are talking about adding something almost exactly as you said in the 2016 season. They said they will implement a Team builder for ranked where you can choose your top 2 positions and a option for "fill" then you will go into the draft pick screen with prechosen roles i believe. :)

Definitely necessary. People can get punished for in-game behaviors yet not for being trolls in lobby? Makes zero sense. How much of in-game rage is CAUSED by the trolling that goes on in lobbies?

You: "wtf Nunu Smite mid? PLease don't troll my promos" Nunu: "WAAA IM A BABY SO OFFENDED REPORTED AND MUTED HURRDURR YOU ARE TOXIC WAA BREAKING META WAAA"

Tribunal: OMG YOU ARE TOXIC TO NUNU, OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS GREAT!

result: Punished.

Something definitely needs to be done about this. Smart trolls only troll in pre-game and post-game lobbies trying to dodge punishment for as long as possible.

Report option in Champ Select, yes. Kick vote in Champ Select, no.

Twice in one day even, I've had people see me claim mid in champ select (whether it be pick order or call order), acknowledge that I got mid, and then say "I'm going mid anyway." After that I usually go adc despite the fact that they end up getting their way, mainly because I don't want to do an disservice to the rest of my team.

That, and more than one person mid usually isn't fun unless the whole team is in on it. Seriously, everyone should try all mid all smite at least once. It's great.

Like, I understand that people might get kicked because of choosing an unpopular champion, which is bad, but this is something that should be implemented. I really would like to be able to do ranked and normals without fear of jackasses ruining the game for me.

A kick vote will accomplish the exact opposite of what you're looking for.

How?

Mathbalnase2 votes

The 'jackasses' you're trying to address would ALSO have access to this feature.

Yeah, that's what I mean. I really didn't word it too well. xD

I mean a report vote, although I think if 4 people vote for the person to be kicked, it might make sense. Like, I shouldn't have to deal with a jackass wasting a full =/>20 minutes of my time.

Mathbalnase2 votes

If a meaningful report option were implemented, the sorts of jackasses who would be subject to it would eventually either reform or be removed.

Yeah, good point.

now the clarity cv is stupid but you gotta say "mid or feed" in arams. no one will let you have mid otherwise.

Troll for Trump2 votes

No, because premades would abuse the sht out of this.

That's called disco nunu.

mobatadeplatina1 votes

I think there should be a kick button, 3 votes and the player is kicked, but you usually get in games with (troll) premades so that really won't work, maybe also change votes needed based on premade size

Yes, and a "cancel game" vote (NOT a "kick player" vote). If a majority of the team wants to dodge, it's going to be a crappy game anyway. But no player should be instantly punished just because their team doesn't like them, or they're playing "off meta" or something.

The Queen Viper1 votes

Cool ... so then people would troll 100% every single time to get their way since if they don't, they know that chickens like you will vote "cancel game" and they are on their way to the next champ select.

But the next thing you know, you just spend 30+ minutes in the queue without playing a single game since everybody is either trolling or vote cancelling their games.

SoMNia1 votes

Or you spend 30+ minutes playing a game with shitty teammates, lose badly, don't have any fun anyway, queue up again, and have the exact same thing happen. It's not MY fault there are so many toxic players that solo queue isn't worth playing, so shove off with the personal comments.

The Queen Viper2 votes

Well, at least you would be actually playing the game ...

And reporting toxic players along the way.

SoMNia1 votes

Riot should pay me, then. If I'm going to slog through unfun matches in order to root out toxic players, I should be compensated for my time and effort. XD There's a reason I stopped playing PvP altogether.

Yeah... they tried that in Tribunal. Didn't work. People abused it.

However it could work if they would give or subtract X amount of IP depending if the after-game-report was legit or not.

The chat spam could be reported out. Picking out of the meta is very tough to fix from a systematic standpoint.

I don't hate people who want to jungle Fiz, Blanc or Malz. I do hate people who haven't practiced it against the ai first. Norms or not, 0/10 is a waste of my time.

Stupid idea is stupid.

Yeah, maybe you don't mind... but many people do, which makes your idea abusable since you are naive and only think about yourself.

The only way those trolls don't get punished, is because dodging chickens like you and because of people who are too lazy to report after the game.

I saw a few comments below ... please ... PLEASE ... do not remove the draft. Team Builder is good for pick up and play games. I don't personally use it, but I understand it's purpose and why people like it.

The draft is LoL though. It's another part of the game that adds depth and is not hard to learn. Being randomly matched up with people and champions is not fun. The strategy of building a decent team is challenging, but also a lot of fun. It's not hard to learn LoL if you spend a little but of time. I really hope they don't dumb down ranked to accommodate the lazy people who, imo, are the most toxic.

I spent time to learn the basics of the game, all the roles and why the meta exists. I have little patience for people who want the game dumbed down to accommodate their laziness.
