Rixa, the Soulbound Yordle
ROLE: AP ranged fighteR (think gnar/kayle crossover)
DESCRIPTION: Rixa wears a helmet with a closed visor, and has a metal gauntlet (Renver's old one) attached to her left arm. She wears a mechanical space suit-esque shirt and pants. Her dark hair streams out the back of her helmet.
LORE: Rixa was a relatively normal male yordle when growing up in Bandle City, with only one exception - she, unlike most yordles who were social amongst each other, was often a loner. That was, until he met Renver. At the yordle institute for scientific progress, the two young yordles met. Both were technological prodigies - Renver was a master mechanic, and Rixa augmented his prowess with her magi tech. They built each other devices - Renver built himself a half mechanical arm with a magi tech enhanced gauntlet at the end from Rixa, and Rixa made herself a headset with Renver's help that was interfaced with her brain and parts of her body. They were inseparable, and loved each other very much. Then, disaster struck. Renver was killed in an accident where one of Rixa's device's malfunctioned. Rixa swore to herself that she would bring him back at any cost. She sought out Stanwick Pidley, but was turned down for lack of money. In her despair, he went to the only place he knew of that used reanimation - the Shadow Isles. Renver fought his way through minor spirits, and finally was brought face to face with Mordekaiser himself. Mordekaiser was amused by this young Yordle's impudence, and he granted her a wish - Renver would be brought back as a manifestation of Rixa's headset and the twocould share a mind, but in exchange, Rixa would accept the curse of the Ruined King - her body would become demonic in nature, and, in time, would serve the Shadow Isles for eternity at Yorick's side. Rixa accepted. When she first heard Renver in her consciousness, she rejoiced. He still loved her, but was troubled at her agreement and begged her to rescind it. She declined, but swore an oath that she would take down the Shadow Isles and their reign before she succumbed to death. She donned Renver's old gauntlet, and trained for years in combat and nurtured her newfound psionic skills with Renver. Now, the two are bound together by Rixa's headset and are in a race against time to defeat the Shadow Isles

Dance The Rixa dances with the invisible ghost of Renver - you can see it as a yordle shaped glow, but nobody else can Laugh: The two laugh together in a harmony - their high/low voices can be heard distinctly
Kit: Passive: Psionic examination: When Rixa attacks a target, renver finds their weak spots. When Rixa hits a target with her spells renver gives her vision of them in a 1000 range tether and increases Rixa's damage against them every time she hits the target with any spell by 10% for 2.5 seconds up to a maximum of 30%. Auto attacks can reapply the bonus but will not add to it
Q: Psionically-charged shots CD: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 after last use cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana Rixa gains 3 charges of psionically-charged shots for 5 seconds. These are quick moving skillshots that deal damage to the first target that they hit: each deals 30/40/50/60/70 (+.2 ap) damage and slows the target by 30% for 2 seconds
W: CD: 15/14/13/12/11 cost: 30 mana (all ranks) Rixa shoots out a long range slow moving ball of energy. If the ball hits an enemy MARKED WITH PSIONIC EXAMINATION. it stuns for 1 second and deals 50/70/90/110/130 (+.3 ap) damage to them
E: Psionic cloak cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana. Rixa becomes invisible and gains 10/15/20/25/30 armor and mr for 3 seconds, and her next auto attack for 5 seconds against a target marked with psionic scout deals an additional .5 ap magic damage. This ability resets on KILLS, and does not apply psionic examination
Ult: Psionic surge: Rixa marks a target for 5 seconds, and Renver dashes to it. If at any point in time in this 5 seconds the target receives full stacks of psionic examination rixa deals 200/400/600 (+ .9 ap) damage Cooldown: 100/90/80 Mana: 130 (all ranks) Guide: Rixa is a very combo oriented champion. She will generally have to land a q before she uses w for stun, then e to in and get the damage bonus, then unloads the rest of her q charges. If she hits 2/3 of her q charges and her w, the target will almost surely die to her ultimate, however she is very reliant on hitting with her q.
