Draft Pick and Fill Option

I am fine playing any role but ADC, if there wasn't a large chance of me getting ADC I would pick it a lot more often. So I was thinking of a way to make it so I can pick more than 2 roles but not have a chance of getting ADC. I came up with this:

If you pick Fill as your Primary, you no longer get a Secondary choice, instead you get a Don't Want choice where you pick the a role that you don't want.

If you pick Fill as your Secondary, it works as it does on Live currently.

Thoughts?

I see where you're coming from, but the problem with this is Riot intended "fill" to be used by people who can play all roles. Hence why it's called fill, because you can fill any role that's needed.
