An idea for a malphite rework

We all know this guys been struggling, hes pretty damn useless outside his ult (with the rare exception of a pure AD team) and i feel he should be given some love with a rework, so hes my suggesiton

Passive: Rock Solid - Malphite takes 4% (plus 2% per level for a total of 40% at level 18) reduced physical damage (half as effective for magic damage

Q: Seismic Shard - Mana cost 50/55/60/65/70 - CD 6/5.75/5.5/5.25/5 sec - Range 900 Malphite Sends a rock rolling in a target direction, Damaging all enemies for 70/ 100/ 130/ 160/ 190 (plus 40% of total Ad and 40% of total AP) as Physical damage and leaving a groove in the earth for the next 3 seconds, granting malphite 10/15/20/25/30% bonus movement speed (doubled when moving towards champions), Upon colliding with a champion or terrain the rock shatters dealing its damage again to all targets within 350 range (Targets hit by either cast are slowed by 25% stacks 2 times for a total of 50% reduction)

W: Granite shield - Mana cost 30 at all ranks - CD 40/38/36/34/32 sec - Duration 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 sec Malphite shields himself for 7.5% of his max HP amplified by armor (150 armor = 100% increase), during this time malphite Ignores 30/35/40/45/50% of all damage dealt to him and deals damage equal to 20% of his total armor as bonus damage on hit to all targets within 220 range, Every time malphite takes damage from a champions basic attack, reduce this abilites cooldown by 1.5 sec (3 sec for abilites, 1.5 for dot effects)

E: Ground Slam - Mana cost 70/75/80/85/90 - CD 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 sec - 500 range (300 for self area) Malphite Slams the ground sending out a shockwave around him dealing 70/80/90/100/110 magic damage and in a target direction dealing 85/110/135/160/185 physical damage, if the targeted blast collides with a champion, knock them up for 1 sec and all targets around them for .6 sec, Targets hit by this ability have their damage dealt reduced by 15% and movement speed reduced by 25% for the next 3 seconds

R: Unstoppable force - Mana cost 150 at all ranks - CD 90/70/50 sec - 900 range Malphite winds up (for .75 sec) and the charges into a target area with so much force that he cannot be stopped, Dealing 150/275/400 physical damage and knocking up all targets in the area for 1.5 sec, This ability cannot go through walls BUT Colliding with player made Terrain WILL DESTROY IT and not stop the ability

well its not much of an unstoppable force if it can be stopped by a pile of trees [slayer-jinx-wink] nice idea though
