[ Champion Concept ] Alastor, the Storm Revenge

WARNING: MY ENGLISH IS NOT THAT GOOD I have been thinking about this champ for a long time. I haven't find a single imagine that shows what exactly I want from it, but you will understand better into the description. His lore is huge, so if you don't want to read it ( or if my english is too bad for your eyes that you can't read it until the end ) just jump to his abilities.

Alastor

Primary role : Fighter ( Hybrid ) Secondary role : Assassin

Description Alastor is a human-being that has giant bracelets attached to his forearm, that gives him the knowledge about everything of the future of runeterra and eletric power. He uses a white armor like the one I have attached, but instead of his whole arm being protected by it, there is no protection except by the bracelets he wields. He also has a tatto on his forehead that will be explained in his lore.

Overview He is a hybrid champion ( something like jax ) that relies on AA and timing. You guys will understand when I talk about his abilities.

Lore Encountered above the ocean close to Noxus, a city called Storm used to exist. Held into the sky by the energy issued by two bracelets imbued with huge arcane magic, the city was created by accident. A long time ago, a mage, trying to hide all his secrets, asked a old blacksmith to craft something that could drain all his thoughts. Worried about the future of his family, he needed to hide everything he knew. After some days, the blacksmith gave him two bracelets and said that as soon as he wear them, all his thoughts would be drained. However, he discovered he was betrayed. The bracelets not only drained his thoughts, but also all his life and magic. Soon after his death though, the bracelets started vibrating strongly. The blacksmith couldn't understand what was happening. Suddenly, they flied into the sky and a huge shockwave was issued, making a huge portion of land to start flying to the sky too. That was the origin of the Storm city. The family of that mage used to live in that portion of earth and controled the city after that. The blacksmith, member of a old organization called " The Black Rose ", said to them that Storm, the old mage, was worried about his family, so he decided to sacrifice himself in order to make them stay safe. After decades, the Storm descendants and the black rose members had a close relationship. Most of the kids borned into that city grew with magical powers, being able to control natural elements or all kind of magic. However , those who didn't were sacrificed , having their life drained by the bracelets to fulfill the energy necessary to keep the city flying above the ocean. One day, the grand's general wife gave birth to twins. But, as soon as the second baby was born, his wife died. They gave him the name of Alastor. But, after 10 years, Alastor didn't show any control over magic. His father was nervous. His beloved one died to gave birth to a child that couldn't control magic at all? He couldn't accept that. His son needed to be sacrificed. Never before a Storm descendants was unable to control magic, but Alastor wasn't going to escape the faith of those that were like him. Even if he had the blood of the Storm, he would not be spared. His father consumed his faith by marking Alastor with a X on his forehead. Those who had it would be sacrificed. The mark was done with a arcane magic that was impossible to removed, so being marked was the end. A week after, everything was prepared. Alastor, among with other children, were going to be sacrificed. His brother, Alexander, was spechless. His father prevented him from talking with Alastor after he was marked. On the day of the sacrifice, Alexander was placed in a induced coma to train his mental abilities and to prevent him from seeing his brother being killed. His father knew how much he loved his brother, but nothing could be done. The sacrifices were made on a circular area on the top of the castle were the Storm family lives. The bracelets float right into the center of it, twenty meters from the ground. Before heading to there, Alastor had to talk with his best friend , Jericho Swain, to give him a gift. Member of the black rose, he was Alastor only friend. He was gifted a bird, called Beatrice. However, Jericho didn't thank him, only said " was a pleasure to have met you". Alastor knew the black rose members didn't talk with anyone, except themselves and the Storm family. Since Alastor was no longer considered a member of it, Jericho was trying to keep up appearances. After this brief encounter, Alastor went to the top of the castle. He was going to be the first one to be sacrificed that day. He walked to the center , right below the bracelets. The ritual performer, a member of the black rose, asked him if he wanted to say something. He didn't say a word. Suddenly , simbols appeared around him in the ground. Soon, he would be dead. He closed his eyes and waited. However, after 5 minutes, nothing happened. He oppened his eyes , and realized what was happening. His father was dead, right in front of him, among with all the other children that were going to be sacrificed. Jericho was there, with a sinister smile stamped on his face. Alastor :" What is happening here? " Jericho : " Nothing. We just want to make sure no one will survive. Starting by your father. " Alastor: " Wha....What? Why I can't move?" Jericho : " After years serving your family, we finally found a way to end this. Lot of us from black rose found a way to get out of here and go to Noxus. Your father though, thought they were being sacrificed. Only the ones from your family though are able to absorb the energy from this stupid bracelets. Since no one was being sacrificed, the energy that keeps this city floating will soon end. You are just being used to absorb the little energy that is keeping it floating. As you can see, we are fallling slowly Alastor : " I..... WILL NOT BE USED BY YOU JERICHO " However, he was unable to move. The city was indeed falling and there was nothing he could do. The bracelets were also falling, slowly. As soon as the city stopped falling, he saw the ocean. Lots of ships with their cannons aimed to the city were ready to fire. The bracelets were right in front of him. However, he knew that everyone that tried to use them died. Seeing no other choice but to wear them, he did. The bracelets attached to him, but nothing happened. Jericho : " Well Alastor, goodbye. Die with your stupid bracelets and disappear with this city . " Alastor felt so angry, that suddenly the bracelets started to shine. He felt a strong vibration through his whole body , and , in a last attempt at revenge, he punched heavily Jericho's leg. It was visible the damage Alastor did, however, Jericho did not appear to have felt nothing. The bracelets were extremely heavy, and Alastor couldn't get out of the ground anymore. After some minutes, Alastor heard the sound of cannons firing. He knew the end was close. But suddenly, a strong shockwave was issued by the bracelets. Alastor started to float, and subsequents shockwaves were issued. The cannonsballs were being destroyed by each one of them. The Noxus ships retreated, but the city of Storm started to be destroyed by the power of the bracelets. Alastor couldn't stop it. Suddenly, a huge thunder hit Alastor and all the city started to colapse. After the complety destruction of the Storm city, Alastor body floated to a cave close to Zaun. After the excessive amount of energy from the thunder dissipated, he entered into a state of coma, protected by an eletric barrier. Years have passed , and Alastor finally woke up. He needed to enter in coma to stay sane, since his body needed time to handle all the power and knowledge that was given by using the bracelets. Being visibly bewildered, he walked out of the cave. He saw a bird staring at him. He swore it was Beatrice. After that, he knew what was his mission. He was going to destroy Noxus. Starting by Jericho Swain.

ABILITIES : Passive : Power Transfer

For every 5 points of AD alastor has, he gains 2 of AP. For every 10 points of AP alastor has, he gains 3 of AD. Also, Alastor abilities gains bonus effects after 50 of energy and consuming it upon use. If he reaches 100 of energy and don't use it for 5 seconds, he enters in a overcharged, gaining (30/40/50 ) of movement speed and (60/70/80%) of atk speed and consuming 10 of energy every second until he reaches 50 of energy. He does not gain energy while overcharged Alastor gains 1 of energy for every 50 units moved and 5 of energy for every minion or monster that dies within 1000 units.

First Activation : Alastor emits a eletric copy of him , dealing (20/40/60/80/100 + 50%AP + 20% TOTAL AD ) damage and slowing enemies in a small radius. Second Activation : Alastor may choose choose to switch places with his copy mid-air, doubling the base damage and knocking up enemies instead. Third Activation ( 5O of energy ) : Alastor emits a energy beam from his hand, deacreasing enemy armor/mr by 20% for 2s and dealing (20/40/60/80/100 + 25%AP + 10% TOTAL AD ) as magical damage. The damage is dealt before the armor/mr decrease The damage is dealt in a line behind the target that is knocked up .If more than one person is knocked up, you may choose one of them to be hit by the beam. The beam can hit non-knockedup champions that are behind the target.

W : Electrikk Radius: 500 Alastor creates a eletric barrier around him for 0.5 second, blocking incoming spells. If he blocks any spells during this time, she shield duration doubles. Stacks two times ( Basically, if he blocks one ability, she shield duration is refreshed and lasts for 1s. Blocking again will refresh the duration to 1.5s ) Total possible duration : 3s

Second Activation ( 50 of energy ) : If Alastor blocks at least one ability, he can then release a shockwave ( 600 units radius ) that will root nearby enemys by 1s and steal (3/4/5/6/7%) of their armor/mr for 3s.

E : Power Switch Deactivaved : Every 3 auto attacks, Alastor deals 1/2/3/4/5% ( +1% for 10%AP and 20% of Bonus AD ) maximum health as physical damage. Activated : Alastor auto attacks deal 100% of his AD as magical damage + 30% of his AP

R : Storm's call Range : 4000 Exploding radius : 900 Cost : 100 Energy

Alastor channels for up to 2.25s, charging a powerful amount of arcane magic into his hands and than charging in a straight line, dealing 120/140/160 ( 50% of bonus AD and 100% AP ) as magical damage. The base damage increases for 100% for every 0.75s that this ability is channeled and the ratios increase for 50% of the base amount for 0.75s too. ( Maximum damage : 360/420/480 + 100% Bonus AD and 200% of AP ). Alastor may steer slowly towards the mousing cursor. When reaching the end of the line or by reactivating it, Alastor emits a intense amout of arcane energy, dealing damage and stunning everyone ( including allies ) for 1s + 0.5s for every 1000 units walked during the charge ( Maximum stun : 3s ) Allies tenacity effects are increased by 50% while inside of the area. Alastor however will stay stunned until one of his enemys are no longer stunned.
