Riot don't you think it's about time...
So many champions that were released fairly soon , have only one skin, i mean cmon riot, gnar, azir, and kalista, need a new skin, don't be lazy do some work!

Headhunter Kalista (something that looks like predator)
Witch Doctor Kalista (tribal)
Olympic Kalista (Javelin, olympic outfit, etc.)
Justicar Kalista (she's a human and not blue anymore yey like Varus)
Riot Azir (Riot shields on ult, batons everywhere. Red and blue)
Fallen Azir (darker shade, different armor, particles, etc.)
Dragonslayer Azir (dragons everywhere)
Steel Legion/Full Metal Azir (robots, silver, red eyes)
Woodlands Gnar (different shading, mossy fur, Mega-Gnar has small bushes growing on his back)
Kitty Cat Gnar (kitten outfit, even Mega Gnar. Throws ball of yarn as Mega Gnar)
Void Gnar (ugly purple color, ugly red eyes, ugly teeth!)
Holiday Gnar (white colored, Mega-Gnar throws snowballs, candy cane boomerang, santa/elf hats)
Abyssal Rek'Sai (makes little water pools for tunnels, loch ness monster-ish)
Battlecast Rek'Sai (battlecast-y)
Earthrune Rek'Sai (look at Earthrune skarner. Now do that)

Can you think of anything? It's not like they just sit there each day doing nothing until someone comes up with a new champion concept and they make it in, like, three days or something. They have to watch every aspect of the game to watch for bugs, make sure none of the champions have become too OP because of new plays people come up with, and in general keep the game running smoothly for everyone. In addition they may spend a long time just throwing around ideas for a champion, then spend an even longer time discussing how to perfect that champion, then working out the programming, in some cases maybe even having to reprogram the map to deal with the champions, then they have to work out any bugs the programming causes, etc. And this is all just me guessing the basic stuff they have to do. I have no idea how many different duties they probably have just with this game, and then in addition some of them may have other real-world responsibilities aside from running this game. All-in-all, you can't rush people with things like this (unless you want it to end like Llamas with Hats, where they have no idea how to keep everything going at the speed people are wanting and so they just end the whole thing and shut it down).
If you have some ideas for new skins, then go ahead and suggest them, that's part of what this suggestion forum is for. Every so often they may look at this forum and decide "Hey, that actually sounds like a pretty good champ/skin, let's throw around some ideas on that one," or something like that. But if you have no idea what new skins they could have, don't yell at them for not having any ideas, and definitely don't say they're being lazy.
