Let's have them not rebuff her, say they did, and then subsequently nerf her again. She's basically Lee Sin with that mobility while having better late game scaling.

She has passive hp regen when burrowed = Lee's spellvamp. Reksai is stronger than Lee Pre-6, where Lee gets a powerspike from his ult then proceeds to begin falling off by mid game, where Reksai is strongest.
