you mean dump divisions and ranked tiers? show the REAL tier where you belong?

As someone who no longer plays ranked, I wouldn't mind.

I find it kind of strange getting paired with people in random tiers with no real rhyme or reason to it.

Also i come from the Halo school of ranked play where there aren't any tiers just FORCIBLY SHOVING YOURSELF THROUGH THE PUPS UNTIL YOU GET TO THE TOP!

The only promos were the test of how good you were not how trolly your team felt that day.

they used to do that you used to get paired with people who weren;t boosted 500+ mmr where they belong. But hey. Fuck you right? Yeah fuck you. :^)

I forgot Riot's logic of moving from MMR to the tier system.

MMR is how "good" you are, tier not so much.

I'd like to see MMR. Tier means nothing. The best players could all be bronze I for all we know. Best being defined as highest MMR.

But it doesn't matter that much. I can estimate pretty well approximately what my MMR is anyways.

I almost followed through and wrote my usual big response to ranked mmr posts, but I'm not. Instead, I'm just going to tl;dr what I would have said and say: lol the ranked queue ranking system is a joke, mathematically and logically.

The only, and best, argument for our current system is that it works enough and is the best system the game has had thus far.

I dunno that it matters much, but I don't really see a reason for it not to be visible.
