so what about talon and ashe passives reverse idea???

I once read here on boards a guys idea of how Ashe and talon have passivea that belong to one another.

Ashe's passives works better on talon than his passive does, while Talon's passive works better on ashe than her passive does.

That topic got alot of upvotes and people seemed to like the idea, however like many good ideas it was buried and no one cared.

I think it would make Ashe very strong and possibly op so i had suggested that of that were to happen the passive should stack to a max ammount and go on cooldown, or the passive would apply on every second hit.

Whay do you think? Is this not a good idea? I mean those two passives are totaly pointless on the champions they currently belong but if reversed it can work awesome on both..

What do you think?

You can give Talon's passive to Ashe and make her on par with/stronger than other ADCs. IMO it is not a critical buff.

You can't give Ashe's passive to Talon because Crits on AD assassins is an unfair advantage that Riot didn't bother considering.

A Talon that actually gets IE is because he's snowballing stupidly hard and he has no need for TBC/other..but right now, the meta favors Sej and tank junglers in general with 4k hp and 300-400 armor (thanks, Cinderhulk)...so IE isn't as efficient.

Zed and Talon both get Youmou's anyway (and Zeds more likely get IE because of how safe they are)...Difference is, Zed is all-in and get-out. Talon is just all-in and possibly get-out. Might as well let him do his job better since his escape is reliant on his ult (if he didn't use it?), running away, flash, or death. But if they were to give Talon Ashe's passive, they'd still need to fix that passive I would assume. It's still a one-trick pony which, after used, is useless until you run out of the fight for like ~5-10 seconds for it to recharge and crit again. Maybe you could make the passive something like pseudo-Tryn+Shiv. Every time he attacks or is running around, his 'focus' or crit chance rises until 100, then resets after a hit is dealt. At least Talon's passive kind of lets him fight when they're cc'd with +10% damage..don't just completely make him into a one-trick pony with an crit every x amount of time out of combat.

The problem I see with giving Talon Ashe's passive is that you're just adding another 200-800 point and click damage to his burst depending on gamestage/build. There's nothing I can do to avoid the damage, all I can do is mitigate it which isn't always an option as a squishy carry.

Giving Talon more damage doesn't really fix any of his problems, it just makes him even more feast/famine than he is now, especially so because he would definitely receive nerfs after the theoretical passive swap. Can you imagine a Talon with this passive and an IE jumping on you? He's going to overkill the hell out of any carry.

Ashe is already getting her passive and Q redone soon by Riot Repertoire (IIRC).

At least try it on the pbe...

As someone said, Ashe is currently in the pipeline for a very soft rework focused around her passive and Q. A few reds have stated in other threads that they won't swap the passives because they will push Talon and Ashe in directions that make them unhealthy.

You know, if ashe get's talon's passive, it's kinda stupid, because once you w/r/ land aa with q up, you practically got the passive on an enemy forever, your doing to be like a vayne who's level 1 tumble is always up kinda, I don't mind if ashe's passive goes on talon since it seems somewhat balance

I like Ashe as she is. Other ADC's rely on RNG. I know my first hit is going to crit. Certainty can be an advantage in itself. The infinite slows are nice as well and she has a good poke/wave clear with one of the best ults in the game. I'll give her a fair shake after they ~~nerf ~~rework her, but I would rather them just leave her alone.

Giving Ashe Talon's passive is just a terrible idea. With her Q she could just deal extra damage all game. That would result in rediculous late game damage, since Ashe's attack speed scales better than any other champion's does, along with a TON of utility and one of the best initiation ultimates in the game with a 60 second cooldown on a marksman with above average range. Nerfs would be harsh.

Also, if Talon was to get her passive he would have to give up some on his abilities damage since crit on an AD assassin is quite obnoxious (IE Q crit OMG /FF).

IMO, both champions are ok at their current state, Ashe's only problem being her quite useless and unfun passive. I am really excited to see what Riot is preparing for her.

Or Shaco and Talons passives could be switched.
