Gain 2% Bonus Critical Damage for every Legend stack (20% at 10)

I used to run the 45% bonus critical damage rune page on EVERY crit champ I've ever played, and I miss it dearly

pls bring back

It wouldn't be broken, because ADC's, Yasuo and Trynd would have to give up a nice 8% life steal just to use it
