Has anyone else selected a rune page that they like, and then 10 seconds before the match starts, you check on your page one last time, only for it to randomly switch to a different rune page, and before you can switch back, the match already starts?
I sure as hell don't like playing Electrocute Taric.
I've initiated a full repair, and stuff like that just doesn't seem to change. What gives?

RiotSparkle29 votesI'm betting you have the double check mark bug. Certain accounts get this one, and we're finally putting a fix in for this tricky bugger in the next patch.
Basically, it shows one page selected but if you open your drop-down menu there will actually be 2 different pages "selected" - one showing and one further down the list. This often results in exactly what you're calling out here - having the wrong page in the game.
I know it's annoying to have the completely wrong rune page in a game, so hopefully the fix on this will help with your issue.

Anything dealing with the UI or background "logic" like this generally needs a full patch. Things like a number tweak on a champion ability, that can be hotfixed (and very often is).

I have one runepage called Runepage. I always edit that one to my liking, I always have that one selected.
When in ARAM, for example, I click the edit button to get into interface where I edit the Runepage. The dropdown in champ select claims I have Runepage selected, when I get into the interface, I am changing the Runepage, however the dropdown menu in the edit interface claims I have CREATE NEW RUNEPAGE chosen.
When I do my changes and save, it saves it into Runepage, it makes me play with the Runepage. However should I try to choose the Runepage in the edit interface (even though it should've claimed I am editing Runepage in the first place without me having to change it), then it does ask me whether I want to 'save the changes' I made to the CREATE NEW RUNEPAGE.
I've learnt to just ignore it, I always have Runepage chosen, when I choose the edit option, I do not interact with the dropdown of the edit interface, I do my edits, I save them, they do not create new Runepage (even though it claims CREATE NEW RUNEPAGE is chosen), they save into my Runepage, everything is okay. It's just little bit confusing and annoying.
I do not, however, experience what OP says, it never opts into different one. Just If I made changes to alleged CREATE NEW RUNEPAGE, didn't save it (which would save it into Runepage instead of creating new one) and tried to switch to Runepage in the edit interface, then it would choose Runepage and set it back to what it looked like before the changes.
It may sound confusing, so I'll note that during this whole time, champ select interface still claims Runepage is chosen, it's just the edit interface which defaults to CREATE NEW RUNEPAGE.

Triscuts1 votesRiot Sparkle, since you have paid some attention to this and some bugs. currently I am having an issue where I go in and edit a rune page. but if for some reason I either made an error on selecting, or say the time ran out and it just closes the rune page and sets it back to default, I can no longer use the inner keys in my game for any abilities, attack move, flash, ward, or back yet I can use tab to see the score board escape to leave game. some times when I leave game, exit league, and log back in I get back to normal, but it is not 100 percent. to prove that it is not my personal lap top keyboard I bought an external gaming keyboard, and I come across the same issue.
I have submitted a ticket on this issue, and was told to delete input.ini setting and persisted settings. Reinstall league, and my favorite was run as administrator. while in game doing all three of these things take time and will ruin the game for the people I am playing with as I normally queue as mid, but that is neither here nor there.
I have done my own bug testing, the problem with the incomplete ruin page seems to be the main way I can recreate this issue. Have you ever heard of this before? also the only program that is in the background is Skype, not discord. any ideas?[cass-cry]

Ok sure but why1 votesWait-- Actually, I've gotten the double-checkmark bug in the past, but when I made this post, there actually wasn't two checkmarks. That's why it bamboozled me at the last second! It simply only shows one page, but then when you click to edit, it switches to the page I used in the previous game!

Oh yeah buddy, i stream but because i only have 1 monitor i cant tab out ever to read chat etc dont want to play windowed cause i'd click off League all the time and get fucked
ahferroin71 votes'Full Repair' just validates all the game files to check for data corruption. With something like xxhash or murmur3, it's fully possible for it to go that fast with a decent gaming system.

Meanwhile, the settings for selecting champions never stick either. I want them sorted by mastery so I can instantly find them, rather than having to type their name or scroll all the way down. Why is there even that option if it just reverts to default every match?

Yeah lol. When you own every champion, it gets a bit tedious to grab the right one before banning phase starts, especially when the client decides to load you in with a couple seconds left to declare.

"Oh, I'm against an AD so maybe the armour resolve one would help. Nope, nevermind, because I didn't close the rune page and clicked yes to saving the changes, I guess I'm rolling with this."
It's so counter intuitive. Why is that a thing? I don't think I've played any game in the last decade that didn't autosave once tweaking gear, opening inventory or on a load screen.

I.E. when a glance down, it says that my assassin page is loaded (when I did NOT leave it up), but if I click the 'inspect' button - or whatever - to edit the page, it shows the correct page and fixes the name.
It's super annoying and scary as fuck, but it doesn't seem to actually screw you THAT hard.

Zullar1 votesI get the bug where I have 2 checkmarks and 2 rune pages selected everytime I log on. The dropdown may show one runepage but give me a different one when I start the game.
It's very buggy.
