Zac is in need of more love, and a good way to show him that love would be a new skin. He's been telling us since his release that "I should get a suit." Since there's a line of skins now centered around fancy suits, it just seems fitting. Fitting like a suit.
Riot already explained on Reddit that they've tried to make him a skin with a suit and it simply just doesn't work as a good concept and the fact the suit will be in the way of his abilities. He just can't wear cloths without the team running into problems and realism.
So stop asking, it won't happen.
This idea has been talked about all too many times. The idea isn't bad, it's just that Riot doesn't like the idea of his clothes stretching along with him, and this creates problems. Some day, some day.
