Jungler who travels insanely fast in the river? Water champion?
Just an idea maybe some kind of shark void thing or something that has like double the move speed in the river so he can fly into ganks super fast i dont know fun idea

This has been mentioned many times on these forums. The response that always comes up is that SR is the only map that has water on the terrain, making a passive like water movement useless on other maps, and also very niche in and of itself on SR because only the center of the map has water.
The response to this response is always the suggestion that said champion could be able to create his own water, making it similar to nocturne's duskbringer movement effect.
