His kit benefits from attack speed, but the actual passive on Nashors (you do know it has one, right?) is not proc'ed on sand soldiers.
Also there's a reason why you don't build Nashors on Orianna. If you can't imagine Nashors as a good item on a mage, chances are that they're not auto attack reliant champions.
The fact that mages use spells is why there's only 2 main keystones, because there are roughly two times of damage coming out of mages: burst and sustained/dot's.
Meanwhile, we have: traditional ADC's (Tristana, Jinx, Lucian), caster ADC's (Ezreal, mid build Varus), AD fighters (Riven, Darius), and AD champs that rely on crit (Yasuo, Tryndamere).
Of course Thunderlord's is so good right now that it's taken on basically every champ that isn't pure tank, so most of OP's list is irrelevant. Classifying Deathfire as both AD/AP because it has scaling for both is dumb. It's basically a "supposed to be for heavy poke/dot damage but had to be nerfed so no one actually wants it" mastery.
