I think Zaun has some cool technology that could influence items being created!

+85 Ability Power (Revised) +15 Magic Penetration (Revised/Added) +350 Health (Revised)

UNIQUE Active - Poisonous Bolts Shoots out a cone of arrows that impales enemies, dealing 70-130 (+25% of your ability power) of magic damage. (40 second cooldown, shared with other hextech items)

Enemies impaled are poisoned, inflicting the enemy with grievous wounds for 3 seconds and causing them to leave a trail that inflicts other enemies for 1.5 seconds.

If it's from Zaun it would be Chemtech, not Hextech.

I think it's cool and unique in some aspects, but where is the 'Touch of Death' passive from the oblivion orb? I'd rather have 15 magic pen than 10% CDR too since you build nothing CDR wise into this item.

the idea is nice, but i see some issues.

you got magic pen in the path but not in the final item.
stats are a bit low for 3200g, maybe up the hp
hextech is piltover pride, dont make it share cds still, a good idea.

This is basically the exact same thing as Protobelt, and Oblivion Orb doesn't make sense considering the final items stats.

Why does it build out of Oblivion Orb if it doesn't have any magic pen? Needs some magic pen!

Kindlegem instead of oblivion orb would make more sense for the build path. Although this isn't a good item in the first place imo.

Should give flat Magic Penetration instead of cdr since it builds out of orb.

Hey,

Cool idea, but on the weak side imo

Cost more than morellonomicon, gives less AP. perhaps 85 would be nice ?
Only the active spell gives grievous wound. But then, that's the signature stats from morello.
Could have better stats or a lower cost :3
