As a Camille Main, this skin would feel so great to have. Camille in herself is basically a giant hextech black hole -- something that you can't escape from and will kill you. She could have a black hole in her chest for her Hex Heart.
Ult could be a giant black hole focused on the person its on, and legs could be double spiked.

But if we need a Dark Star Top-Lane Skin
Devours galaxies. Creates wormholes with ult. His Q could be converted into a solarflare/comet/asteroid belt.
Sol talks about the horrible entities that roam space, Dark Star Fiddlesticks. He causes entire galaxies to run in fear, he drains entire solar systems of their light, he throws blackholes at people, his ult is a black-hole.
