Evelynn's Empowered E range should be greatly increased versus targets with the full charm mark.
They have 2.5 seconds to react. LET ME ONE SHOT THEM IF THEY FAIL TO GET TO A GOOD SPOT IN THAT TIME.

The range in general needs to be buffed. It's maybe twice as far as her autos.
The reason she was dumpstered years ago was because she could hard CC from stealth. So Hell no.
You're not supposed to pop charm with E. You're supposed to pop it with Q.
Guys, with like 3 AP items you can pop people for 1000+ from stealth with E. Please don't change the range xd. Use Q to proc the W, the projectile travel speed is ridiculous.
i honestly think her E is fine, the problem is u guys are activating charm from 10000s meters away letting the enemy team know ur gonna gank that potential target, its a player error, not a Riot error.
Her E is one of the worst abilities in the game. She is better off just autoing and saving the mana for more Q's. Jokes on us.
i think this combined with her stealth detection range and charm prep time are why she isnt very good. Yo have to prp charm from far away because if you get close people can see you and get a free 2.5 seconds to unload on you where you cant fight back or you miss charm and if you wait for the charm to complete before you walk into detection range eve has no ms boost and no gap close so its most likely that the mark will expire by the time you reach your target.
even if you ult to get into range that's a 110 cool down and 80 sec at max rank and to top it all off eve can not 100-0 someone if she ever misses a charm. She is so reliant on that mr shred if you unload your kit on someone and dont hit your charm they can just auto attack you to death because eve lost her sustain hat spike damage and lost her ad so even janna hits harder with autos right now
i hate using q to proc charm because theres ALWAYS a minion in the way by the time it charges up.
I feel like her empowered e range should be just a bit shorter than her detection radius of her passive. Then you could sneak towards someone and actually get on top of them, with just a small window for them to react before you e on them.
EDIT: Just found out that your E stays empowered even when you leave stealth. So you could W>Q for charm proc and then e them when you get close enough with the charm. Maybe a little bit more range is fine, but not an insane amount.
I do find the E a little short, but I always go mobis so catching up to an enemy is quite easy. Having a long range gap closer might be a bit much in conjunction with her stealth. They could test it, at least.
I find her W actually has a lot of nuance to it. It's not just a "wait 2.5 seconds and charm", it's a tool of psychological warfare that allows you to force people in to where you want. I normally flank from behind and use W, where most enemies start running backwards thinking I'm approaching from the front. A quick Q>E>Q...etc. usually does the trick. Great fun. Loving new Eve so far.
And her personality. Boy is she fantastic. I feel like more of a predator than rengar, and the satire in all of her quotes is delicious.
