Ebaneer-The Guised Enforcer

Ebaneer came from a lawless place and so had to suffer from it. After a tradgedy he swore to maintain the law, no matter the cost. In game Ebaneer is a bruiser who uses brutal tactics to punish foes.

Ebaneer is a hooded figure who wields a massive mace.

Passive: Battering of Spirit Ebaneer's basic attacks do several things.

. Reduce enemy's damage by 5% for 2 seconds .Reduce enemy's attack speed by 10% for 2 seconds

Q: Enforcer's Charge Ebaneer charges forward, then he smashes the ground with his mace, dealing 100/140/180/220/260+(105% bonus attack damage) damage in a small area. charge range: 450 cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9

W: Restrictive Order Ebaneer smashes the hilt of his mace into the ground, dealing 40/70/100/130/160+(45% total attack damage) damage as well as grounding enemy units hit for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. radius of effect: 400 cooldown: 24/21/18/15/12

E: Call of Law Ebaneer marks a target enemy champion for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds. Ally champions will gain 10% movement speed if they are moving towards the marked champion. The marked champion is slowed by 15%. If a marked enemy champion is hit by Enforcer's Charge they are stunned for 1 second. Against the marked champion, 5/7.5/10/12.5/15%+(5% for every 100 attack damage) of all damage is converted to true damage. range: 600 cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18

R: Impending Judgement Ebaneer reveals his true nature, that of an unhinging enforcer. For the next 10/12.5/15 seconds he gains 10/15/20% movement speed, 10/12.5/15% bonus health. His basic attacks deal 50/100/150+(15% attack damage)+(5% enemy's missing health) bonus magic damage for the duration. cooldown: 150/120/90

Pros Very easy to play (for the most part) HEAVILY counters mobility Decent utility

Cons Q difficult to land (I would think anyway) E and W deal very little damage
