Ohmwrecker- an idea to change this item

Ohmwrecker is a very garabge item , and you see people building it when they are trolling , or just trying it for the first time . So here is an idea to make it a bette item : (All numbers are just place holders !) -unique active : Ohmwrecker : reduce all crowd control effects by (50%) for (5 seconds )and reduce attack speed of the user by (50% )[tanks don't need it anyway , so this will deny a Yi or an adc from abusing it ]. After (3 seconds ) slow the user (by 20%)

the above is just a general idea , since the game is filled with cc , which makes many tanks and fighters life much harder , and sometimes even useless in a teamfight . Any ideas for this item ?
