A Possible solution for marksmen (ADC) problem

Hi , After the support items changes (which I loved as a support main ) , marksmen get much stronger and lost their identity as glass canons , and became a "Ranged Olaf ". The main problem IMO is lifesteal , melee canmpion without gap closers struggle to use it , and get kited to oblivion when they try to use it , while marksmen can use it from range saf ly and still kite you while doing that , and some of them are so mobile (looking at you Lucian ) So , I think if we reduce life steal effectiveness for ranged champions to 50% ( or a little bit more if this is too harsh of a nerf ) so they can be less of "Drain Tanks " , as in the current state they heal much more than my Vladimir Vladimir What do you think about this idea ? You do realize we used to have spell vamp and that was removed because it was 'broken'. Meanwhile, ADC's can crit and get heals from that crit, attack fast and regain health faster that way (basically mundo), and do a lot of damage, increasing their healing even more.

If we are going based on the past and fair treatment, life steal should be removed

Or it should be fixed with spell vamp re-introduced.

How about a shorter cd for ignite and a longer reduced healing time
