Hello everybody im back with another concept, been awhile so i might be a bit rusty. Anyways if you like the concept or just want to check out some of my other champs feel free take a look at The Special Champion Concept List.

#Introduction & Backstory

Visco is a Top fighter/tank, most likely a fighter though. He uses "Emblems" which act similar to Zed's ultimate, in the fact they store damage. He is mostly an all in, high risk high reward champ who has absolutely no escapes, but he does have some abilities to help him 100-0 his opponent if done correctly ;D. He uses 2 different "Emblems" one for offense and one for defense, they both affect his ultimate but that will be explained later. Visco wears heavy bulky mismatched armor, on his back is a long tattered and stitched together black cape with a blood red sword emblem on it. He wields an ultra greatsword (bigger then Trynds and Garens) which looks to be made out of a bunch of melted together swords.

Visco was the leader of a group of mercenaries known for their unique sword skills. They were hired by Noxus to attack Jarvan IV and his gang while they were out on patrol. While Visco fought Jarvan IV to a stand-still the rest of his group was utterly demolished by Xin Zhao, Garen, and Shyvana. Soon Visco was fighting them all and even with his great skill he knew he would eventually lose and was forced to retreat. As it turned out Noxus was just using Visco as a distraction, knowing that Visco's group would perish. Visco swore vengeance on both Demacia and Noxus for his fallen comrades.

#Lore

There once was a group of mercenaries known for their unique sword skills called The Swords of Blood. They were said to be capable of fighting off forces twice their size and win. This was mostly due to the strength of their leader, Visco the Emblem of Power, who could fight over hundred men single-handedly. It was because of their fame that they were hired by Noxus, their mission was to attack Jarvan IV and his gang while they were out on patrol. Visco had heard tales of Jarvan IV strength and those who fought beside him, he knew he would enjoy this fight more then any before.

Visco rallied his troops, too excited to wait any longer, and set out immediately in search of his prey. It was not long before he found them and unable to hold himself back rushed at Jarvan with everything he had. They say the battle between Visco and Jarvan lasted for ten straight hours, neither man able to fatally wound the other. Unfortunately, Visco's men could not hold off the might that was Xin Zhao, Garen, and the fearsome Shyvana who all rushed to Jarvan's side. Before long the one-on-one became a four-on-one, but Visco was not a man to back down and continued to fight for another 6 hours before finally falling to his knees out of pure exhaustion.

Just as he about to accept his fate, Noxian forces flooded over the hills led by the undead warmonger Sion. Thinking his luck had changed and reinforcements had arrived, Visco collapsed in relief with the thought his men would survive. His joy was quickly turned to despair when Sion cleaved his way towards the weakened Jarvan, cutting down both Demacian men and Visco's men. Jarvan, realizing he and his men were too tired to fight off the enemy forces, decided to retreat at once and after a moments hesitation ordered his men to bring Visco with them.

After it was confirmed Sion and his men were gone Visco and Jarvan returned to the battle to collect those had been slain. After all had been buried, Jarvan went to Visco and asked him to join Demacia in their fight against Noxus. After several seconds of silence Visco answered, he would join Jarvan under two conditions. The first being that Sion would die by his own hand and the second that once Noxus was defeated Jarvan would fight Visco again until one of them fell. Jarvan smiled and agreed, for he also wished to fight Visco again and knowing the fight with Noxus would be a very long one. Visco retrieved the armor and weapons of all his men and smelted them into one set of armor and one giant sword, his men would live on through him and together they would have their revenge.

#Abilities

Passive: Emblem of a Warrior

Visco does 5% increased damage against enemies below 50% health.
Visco takes 5% reduced damage when below 50% health.

Q: Emblem of Power
Cost: 10% of his maximum life Range: 550
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Visco sacrifices a part of his life and marks an enemy champion with an Emblem of Power, storing a percentage of the damage Visco has dealt to that champion. The emblem will slowly deal that damage over 4 seconds, reactivating this skill will instantly consume the emblem but only dealing a smaller percentage of what was stored. If the enemy champion dies from Emblem of Power, Visco will regain the cost.

Marks an enemy champion storing 11/12/13/14/15% of the damage dealt over 3 seconds, once the 3 seconds is over the emblem will trigger and deal the damage over 5 seconds as magic damage; reactivating this ability will cause the emblem to instantly do 30% of the stored damage as magic damage, but the cooldown will be increased by 3 seconds. If Emblem of Power kills the enemy champion he will regain 10% of his maximum life, if he reactivates Emblem of Power for instant damage and kills the enemy champion he regains 20% of his maximum life back. Can be cleansed

W: The Sword of Blood
Range: 275 Cooldown: 8/7.5/6/6.5/5 seconds

Visco unleashes his unique sword techniques, slashing the enemy three times. This ability can be used three times in a short period of time.

The first strike Visco will spin in a circle hitting everything around him dealing 10/25/40/55/70 (+50% of his AD) as physical damage, if they are marked by Emblem of Power the next cast will lunge at the enemy champion.

The second strike, Visco will stab forward dealing 15/35/55/75/95 (+50% of his AD) as physical damage, if they are marked by Emblem of Power the next cast will critically strike for 150% crit damage.

The third strike, Visco will swing his sword down dealing 10/30/50/70/90 (+50% of his AD) as physical damage.

E: Emblem of the Unstoppable
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Passive: Whenever Visco takes 15% of his maximum life in damage within 7 seconds he gains a stack of Defense. Each stack of Defense will increase his Armor and Magic Resist by 2/2.5/3/3.5/4, taking a tower shot will nullify the stack and put a 3 second cool down on this passive. Visco loses a fourth of his stacks upon death Active: Visco's extreme love of fighting allows him to fight uninhibited, removing and decreasing slows, roots, and stuns by 15% for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds and will gain an increased 30% movement speed for 5 seconds. The passive will go on cooldown for 6 seconds when this ability is active.

R: Hundred Swords In One
Range: 500
Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds

Visco stabs enemy champion marked with Emblem of Power with his ultra great sword for massive damage.

stabs enemy champion dealing 130/150/170% of his AD + 3/4/5% per stack of Defense, consuming all stacks of Defense and activating Emblem of Power dealing the stored damage instantly. Can only be used on champion marked with Emblem of Power

#Explanations

So its a lot to take in, im guessing your first reaction to this is that it is OP! but let me explain all the abilities a little bit more and hopefully you can see things my way ;) Just a side note: All the damages, ratios, cooldowns, and range can be changed for balance easily so please try to focus more on the abilities themselves and how well they mesh.

His passive was a bit tough for me to finally settle on and im still not so sure about it...

His Q is what started this champ, it was his entire base. Yes i did have Zed in mind when i thought of this but i also had other things in mind when i thought of this, besides is it so wrong to take a mechanic and expand on it and use it in different ways? Anyways his Q is like Zed's ult in that it stores the damage you do to that champ, the difference is it deals this damage over time or you can reactivate it to deal a smaller portion of this damage. Why reactivate if it does so much less damage? Well because of cleanses or Zhonyas or heal or barriers/shields or lifestealing which will negate the damage over time, so do you take a chance and pop it early hoping it kills them or let it slowly devour them. Obviously its other use is with the ultimate, in which case the ult will instantly pop the emblem.

The W, now im sure some of you are saying "OH... MY... GAWD! RIVEN MUCH?!??!" to which i will reply "Is she the only one allowed to have a 3 hit combo like this?" there are several champs with combo abilities and i think it fits Visco well >:(... anyways the Emblem of Power also affects this ability in that it makes THE NEXT CAST do something special, meaning the first cast does nothing special but hitting someone marked with Emblem of Power will make the second cast do something special, same with the second cast to the third cast.

The E is his second Emblem and it also affects his ult, well at least the passive part of it does. So how does it work? whenever you lose equal to 15% of your maximum life whether you heal it back or not you gain a stack of Defense, oh and yes your Q does count towards this >:D THE EPIC PLAYS! each stack will increase your defenses (get it? each stack of Defense increases your defense hehehe). Also each stack will increase his Ults damage. The active works like a mini Olaf/Yi ult where he will remove any CC on him and then reduces their effects by 15% for a period of time.

The mighty ultimate, this is what makes him an all in champ :) but! using it consumes all your stacks of Defense meaning you lose your extra tank and as you noticed he starts with low armor and MR and doesnt get much per level. You can say the solution would be to build lotsa tank, well then that reduces the ults damage and you cant 100-0 them :( this also creates the high risk high reward... Doesnt mean his ult is completely useless as a tank though as it does deal great damage.

#Item Build

Starting Items: item 1055 item 2003 item 3340 - OR - item 1054 item 2003 item 3340
######IT REALLY DEPENDS ON IF YOU WANT TO GO TANK OR FIGHTER

Essential Items:item 3153 item 3031
######REALLY WHETHER FULL TANK OR FULL DAMAGE I FEEL THESE TWO ARE A MUST AS CRITS WILL COUNT TOWARDS STORED DAMAGE

Offensive Items: item 3074 item 3078 item 3087 item 3046 item 3072
######PRETTY MUCH STANDARD STUFF ON A FIGHTER I GUESS

Defensive Items: item 3143 item 3065 item 3068 item 3102 item 3026 ######GENERAL TANKY ITEMS, PRETTY GOOD WITH HIS KIT TOO

#Summoner Spells

summoner 4 and summoner 14

- - - - - OR - - - - - summoner 4 and summoner 12

These are really the only two i would recommend as i dont see him as an effective jungler.

#Skins

Dragonslayer Visco - He would have twisted bulky armor and his helmet would look like a fierce sharp toothed mouth. His sword would look like a giant claw and his armor would be slightly charred black. His Q would mark them with a dragon wing mark, his W would have flames come from his claw shaped sword, his E would give him a dragon-like appearance, and his R would look like a dragon hand.

Mecha Visco - His helmet would be robotic and have one horn coming from the middle, his chest would be a core reactor with an energy shield around it. He wouldnt have legs, they would be jet boosters and on his back would be a large battery pack like thing and huge jet enginges. His mid section would be a ball like structure allowing just the top half to spin. His sword would be a large energy sword and the more damage he does to a marked enemy will cause it to glow brighter.

So tell me what you think in the comments section below, i hope you guys like him as much as i do :) and dont forget to click on the link on the top of the post to check out some of my other concepts.

You think YOU take long hiatuses?

2 weeks is nothing in the face of a force so...oh right the kit.

His E has some exploits, leveling it first and taking a few tower shots in the first few minutes of the game can give him a lot of free stats right off the bat.

Getting to near death and escaping is at least 8 free Armor and Magic Resist before the game even begins (practically). Not to mention the same ability also makes him move faster, allowing him to repeat this tactic with relatively no danger to him.

Other than that though it looks great, and I would go for the Dragonslayer!

The only thing i have a problem with is he uses health to use his abilities, but no way of restoring it? Most if not all champs that use health as a resource have a way of getting it back (Valdmir's q, aatrox's w lifesteal, zac can pick up his blobs) just my thought. if you had trouble with his passive, consider revising it to something that would allow him to regain health? Also, the three hit combo, his e and ult have... no cost whatsoever? he can just use them without doing anything. a three hit combo with the chance to 150% crit should be devestating to his mana or health. Does he have mana? does he use health to use his abilities? its kinda confusing. but if it doesnt use health or mana then an 8 second cooldown at max rank. with 40% cdr thats 4.8 seconds on an op ability that has no cost. I just think if you have his q using health, you should stick with the "health as a resource" thing
