Factions Arc X: Vote to select the first faction for the tenth Factions arc.

Factions is a community-created game mode inspired by Riot's original Noxus versus Ionia tournament. (That's why you have Ionian Boots of Lucidity, and why Ionia ultimately kicked Noxus out in the lore, you young whippersnappers.) It's entirely volunteer-run, and has been going for a few years now.

We're about to head into our tenth arc. The first step in an arc is to pick two factions to compete on the Fields of Justice. All Summoners of the League in good standing are invited to cast their votes here.
