Can ivern get an elderwood skin

I'm aware that the overlap in theme is semi redundant however I really like the astetic of the elderwood skin line the way the skins particularly 's have that sort of spectral element while being linked nature is really awesome, also whatever happened to that fan skin for of the same theme it was borderline perfect. Riots used fan suggestions in the past ( see grave lord azir, dunkmaster etc.) I'd like to see a ivern skin with slightly more muted colors with an emphasis on an ethereal glow.
