Solerian10 votesMy guesses are these aren't coming until each of the champions (Swain, Irelia, Warwick) get somewhat of a visual update. Their respective splashes are dated and Riot probably wanted to tease these early for aesthetic value.

extremely good question...
maybe they got rid of it because a VU for swain and irelia is in the works for this year and felt it would be redundant to update the splash only to have it replaced mid or late year.
