Item Concept: Banner of Truth

Build path: item 3105 + item 3067 + 500 Finished stats: 350HP 30 Armor 30 MR 10% CDR

Active: Your next auto attack will turn a lane minion below 340 - 680 HP (based on level), granting you kill gold, healing it to full and transforming it into the same type of minion of your team's color. Enemies do not receive gold for killing the defector, and only one minion of each type can be turned per lane. Includes Super Minions. (90 second cooldown) [defected minions would have some sort of visual indicator, possibly a little banner on their backs] As with banner, you receive the gold from the minion's kills.

I think this would give some semblance of feeling of Banner of Command, but without the minion being overpowered.

Idk I think using it on supers is pretty damn op

You'd need to get it to execute HP first, and then maybe the heal could be reduced for super minions. But the fact there is no siege minion in a super minion wave means it'd be completely useless when an inhibitor's down, if you couldn't.

It shouldn't be able to be used on supers. That could have an extreme effect on the lane especially when you only have one inhibitor down. All 5 champions taking this would be able to almost not face any consequences from losing an inhibitor simply by turning any super that came near them. In fact they would gain a bonus.

Well you'd be losing out on having an item with decent fighting stats by taking this instead, effectively making it harder to defend the inhibitor in the first place.

And if it can be used that way, for the risk of losing the teamfights that you might've won with an item that actually synergizes with your champion, what's wrong with that?

Seems really useless, unless used on a super minion.

And if it's used on a super minion, it seems far too strong.

It's incredibly situational from what I can gather.

I was kinda thinking it'd be the norm to bring Ingenious Hunter and/or have two people buy it to steal multiple minions in multiple lanes. Still situational, yes, but only as situational as the old Banner before it was broken.
