Saw someones post about LeBlanc and the VGU opportunity she presents and felt inspired.... anyways, lemme know what you think.

The overall goal was to attempt to deliver on LeBlanc's lore and to try to incorporate more trickery into her kit. To this end, I changed her ultimate into an invisibility / clone tool (similar to her current passive) that still derives its exact function from the last spell LeBlanc cast. Instead of shifting all of the damage from her ultimate to her base numbers, I introduced a new component to LeBlanc's kit: a long lasting debuff that increases all damage dealt to a champion every time LeBlanc damages them with an ability. This effect would stack and force LeBlanc to keep up pressure if she wants to score kills, using her new cloning tool to keep herself alive while she builds up her threat level. This new effect would also boost the damage of LeBlanc's allies, allowing for more powerful ganks and follow-ups to any of LeBlanc's antics.

Mirror Image (INNATE)

LeBlanc possesses the ability to create controllable clones of herself with the same items, statistics, health and mana. These clones can basic attack but deal no damage, last for 8 seconds and run 1900 units in a specified direction relative to LeBlanc decided the moment it spawns.

When LeBlanc reaches below 40% maximum health, any active clone she has dies and she creates a new clone beside her, after which they both instantly become invisible for 1.5 seconds. The clone then starts running towards a random place in front of LeBlanc. LeBlanc cannot cast Deception while the Mirror Image clone is alive.

Sigil of Malice (Q)

PASSIVE: Whenever LeBlanc damages an enemy champion with an ability, they take 4% increased damage from all sources for 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 seconds. This effect stacks up to 10 times

ACTIVE: LeBlanc projects an orb towards the target enemy, dealing magic damage and marking them for 3.5 seconds.

If an enemy marked this way deals damage to one of LeBlanc’s clones, the mark detonates after 2 seconds, dealing magic damage. Enemies near the mark detonation take 50% of the damage.

Distortion (W)

FIRST CAST: LeBlanc Dash dashes to the target location, damaging all nearby enemies upon arrival and leaving a return pad at the cast location for 4 seconds. After 0.2 seconds she can recast Distortion at no additional cost.

SECOND CAST: LeBlanc Flash blinks to Distortion's return pad. The only change I would make here is extending the duration of the return pad since the new E tether takes longer to apply.

Ethereal Chains (E)

ACTIVE: LeBlanc flings an illusory chain in the target direction, dealing magic damage to the first enemy it hits and tethering herself to them for 2 seconds.

The target is revealed and LeBlanc gains 10% increased movement speed while the tether is attached, and if it is not broken the target will be rooted for 1.5 seconds and dealt additional magic damage.

Deception (R)

ACTIVE: LeBlanc and any Ethereal Chains tethered to enemies become invisible for 1.5 seconds. At the same time, a clone of LeBlanc sharing her tethers appears in one of three ways depending on the basic ability that LeBlanc most recently cast.

Sigil of Malice: The clone appears from LeBlanc’s location and seemingly casts Distortion at the target location, then begins to run away from the nearest enemy champion.

Distortion: The clone appears at Distortion's return pad, as if LeBlanc herself had blinked to it, and begins running.

Ethereal Chains: The clone appears from her location and begins running in the opposite direction.
