Passive: Basic attacks grant 1/2/3% CDR and 2/4/6% attack speed stacking up to 5 times, lasting 5 seconds.

Q: Sliding Uppercut. Champion dashes forward dealing 260+1.2 bonus AD damage to the first target hit and knocking it back a short distance, slowing the target's movement speed by 50%. This slow decays over 2 seconds.

W: Toggle off: Basic attacks restore 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% of champions missing health Toggle on: Basic attacks deal and additional 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% of enemy target's missing health

E: 360 Hay-maker. Champion strikes around him with a spinning punch, dealing 220+1.0 bonus AD and stunning all enemies hit for 1 second

R: Fury Combo: Champion Unleashes their fury on target channeling 300+1.0 bonus AD physical damage over 1 second, if the target remains in melee range at the end of the duration they are uppercut for 150+50% bonus AD physical damage and knocked up for 1 second.

As far as a fun champion goes this one would definitely be popular. So popular that it's biggest flaw would be making summoners argue for the right to play him XD.
