Jugg is a true juggernaut, unstoppable and absurdly tanky but super slow. He cant use mobility boosts from items or ally champions. He can use flash but ghost wont give him movespeed, just more damage.

Passive: Jugg is a slow moving man who is absurdly tanky and high damage dealing when in range. Juggs base movespeed is 300 and it cannot go higher ever in game. Bonus movespeed gives him a % increase on his damage. Jugg has no mana but rage. Jugg is immune to all CC, cant use thresh lanterns, and gets double benefits from resistance items for health, armor, and mr. Generates rage from being damaged by enemy units, uses rage for bonuses on his abilities. When at full rage he goes berserk to deal a lot of damage for a few seconds.

Q: Jugg charges forward a distance, knocking back and damaging enemies in his path. The more rage he has he can hold Q to keep moving forward while expending rage. Can destroy smaller walls in game leaving a hole in them for 10 seconds. Can only be used towards enemy champions.

W: Marks a target and generates bonus rage from that target hitting him. When he reaches full rage he goes berserk and can activate W again for a new effect where he gets frustrated and slams the ground doing aoe damage around him and knocking up all enemies.

E: Just a passive that causes every consecutive hit to make him attack a little faster with each hit and stronger, max 10 stacks where he has 2.0 attack speed and will melt anybody that isnt a tank within 1-2 seconds.

R: Jugg can activate this move to instantly go berserk and lose no rage from abilities for the next 10 seconds. If Jugg does not hit a single enemy champion or epic monster for 4 seconds while in this R buff, the next person he clicks to auto causes him to leap after 0.5 seconds(leap range is moderate range and goes to his max distance leap. Jugg dies after 10 seconds if he did not hit a single enemy champ or epic monster as the stress causes him to have heart failure.
